Nice place for a stroll or a small picnic. Pedal boats are available in the lake. Cafes are here and there and there is a water fountain, but in the heat you better pack water. Kaylaka is a unique nature with an incredible combination of canyon and forest, where you can relax, walk, and also eat deliciously or drink coffee or tea, play sports! Large wooded south of the centre of Pleven. I love my home town and the beautiful Kailuka park- but why does it have to be in such a bad condition...? I really would like to see more investment investments in it from the city council! It has great potential, yet you feel the attention to it is below expectations Amazing and nature but there is garbage all over Very big and beautiful park. Maybe you won't find a better hotel in Pleven?...... not tried any others but will take some beating!! Відвідали парк. Незважаючи на розміри, трава була скошена, але були місця зі зрізаними деревами. Доволі тихо. Річечка смердюча. Зоопарк малий, трохи шкода тамтешніх тварин. Але ніби доглянуті. Не усі фонтани працюють. Є тенісні корти, ставок, на якому можна покататися на катамаранах. Когато посетихме парка , времето беше с нас , парка пълен - майки с колички, стопани с домашни любимци , тийнейджъри с велосипеди , тротинетки и др., мъдри двойки хванати за ръка като едно време ,имаше и спортуващи . Парка чист , с необходимите кошчета за торбичката от след кучето, чисти зелени площи , здрави пейки , прекрасна природа .
