The location is outstanding, with a few of one of the fountains, we have sushi, which was terrific, and pizza which was so-so. They supposedly are known for their lemonade, and I had one, but it was very tart for my taste! Service was good. Great service , friendly staff, tasty pizza. Probably the best location in the city I give 3 starts for this place. The linguine weren't strained well. For those prices you would expect more. The taste of sushi was below average, I believe its because of the rice, since it lumped and may have been overboiled. Presentation and decoration is fair. Five stars for sure. Cozy bar& dinner with great location. The food comes out fast and the taste is good. At my visit the music was also nice with proper volume , so any conversation can happen with no need of shouting. A very fine little bar right next to the fountain which invites you to linger. The beer is international, but freshly tapped, I can recommend the Birra Moretti, which is very digestible. The staff is very courteous, friendly and speaks very English. Любимо място This place was a nice discover in Pleven, after returning to town after 8 years since our last visit. “Momento” is unique as it is, with absolute great location on the pedestrian Main Street across the famous fountains in town center. Appear to be trendy place for locals, with nice urban rustic decor, adequate service for Bulgaria and impressive dishes. You may consider making a reservation for diner table. Do not miss this one ! We went there last night and were told that there is no vacancy to sit outside as most of the tables have been reserved. Saw people walking in and sitting where available. We did the same. No one came to take the order. Trying to not make eye contact either. Others got served who came after us. Had to go and check if they were doing it on purpose. The orders were taken and food was served after a wait. We were left waiting to pay as no one came to check on us, even though we had empty plates on the table. Seems like it's a go to place if you are from a specific ethnicity and want to get humiliated. Great location, food but let down with their attitude. Been there many times, really great. But yesterday when i went with a friend it was awful. The waitress was really disrespectful even though the only thing we did was being nice to her! And when we asked for the bill she said ok, then went on her phone for 10 minutes and went out to smoke with her friend , which is very impolite and unprofessional!
