The fountain as itself is really beautiful and built in a fantastic traditional style. It has many pools, which are situated symmetrically in a circle around a statue. The water flows from the upper pool down to the lower pools. Many years ago, lights were installed in the pools around, which made the fountain to a magnificent sight in the City Centre. But, in the last few years it seems to be neglected: the lights went wrong, the pools are sometimes very dirty and so on... Probably worst park in the city, benches are broken, fountain needs cleaning for the past decade, grass is just not there anymore, and in general park is in ruins.
