A tavak Komló város önkormányzatának a tulajdonában vannak és a Komlói Bányász Horgász egyesület használatában, kezelésében vannak. Összesen 8 hektár a vízfelület, főleg ponty, amur, csuka, harcsa, süllő van a tóban. A tavakat erdő veszi körül, déli és nyugati részén autóút halad, északi részén gyalogos sétány, a Kolossváry sétány. Szépen karbantartott, jól kialakított környezet, nagy parkolóval. Nice little b&bs around, however they come out more than a hotel room in the capital… 2 stars only because ‘whoever’ let this place down. It was a blooming popular destination from early spring to late autumn and so until the big western democracy demolished it. A környéken van szállás, büfé, fagyizó. Autóval az 1-es tó előtt lehet egy nagy parkolóban megállni, bőven van hely. Nagyon szép környezetben lévő tavak, tiszta rendezett környék, mindenkinek ajánlom. Nagyon szép hely. Kellemes sétára tökéletes helyszin. Horgászni vagyoknak is ajánlom. Egyetlen negatívum a horgaszőrnél lévő hölgy. Kint ült a parton, nem tudtuk hogy a mosdó használatot neki kell jelezni, mert semmi sem utalt erre. A hangnem amit megengedett magának az kritikán aluli. A mosdó használat amúgy ingyenes. Bár mi szívesen fizetünk volna érte, de ez a hangnem. Viszonylag csendes környezetben található. A tó egyik partján az országút van, a másikon nyaralók vannak. Madárcsicsergéstől hangos, tiszta levegőjű környezetben vadkacsák úsznak a vízen. Csak ajánlani tudom.
