Friendly staff. Only tip would be for the Guinness to be poured a little slower. Half then top up. Highly recommend! My favorite place in the area. Authentic, mixed Scottish and Irish atmoshere. I am actually lying when I said the food was because I didn't get to try it, but the atmosphere was so good, that it made me want to stay there more, it is a place to go, it is always open, any day of the year, don't even think it will be close, just go, it will be open. They don't charge extra to tourists, they make suggestions, they won't try to make you buy expensive things if you ask for a suggestion. I will give it a 15/10 and if you are a student, you might have discounts, which is great. cosy, friendly. staff. A comfortable bar. However, this was the worst pint of Guinness I’ve ever been served (see picture), the three bar staff continued to serve these to people despite the fact that something is clearly wrong with the gas. I don’t think it’s acceptable for a place to willingly serve Guinness like this. An excellent pub with friendly and helpfull staff. It offers a large selection of drinks, especially whiskies. We would recommend Irish car bombs (drink) and CocoaCola. We would especially like to thank ex-american waiter for being professional and kind.
