Nice little zoo just outside of Komló town. At my there was some parking space, however it is rough, with big holes on the ground- be careful! There’s a buffet, offering all kind of fast food (at my they’ve already ran out of hot dogs and gyros (2pm). Alcohol free drinks are also available. Family photo optional at the front gate. staff by the till, with quick summary instructions and information about the zoo. Entrance fee is moderate, and well worth it! There are pensioner and children allowances. I wouldn’t say the they have are unique rare species but very friendly, most of them let you to touch them and feed them… that makes this place different, everything is like a big family. There was 2 things that I didn’t like: that poor snake in the middle of the zoo in that tiny cage. I’m terrified of all snakes, it was the first time in my life to sit down literally 3 feet apart from a snake. I know I probably misunderstood this situation, but that poor animal looked dehydrated. The other one was a little monkey all alone, looked to be honest quite rough. The fur was dark- yellowish, unsettled and looked agitated. Rather than this 2 issues I highly recommend this place to visit, with or without a kid, I’m sure it’ll be a great fun for all ages. Congratulations to the owners ✌️ Amazing, hidden little Zoo in Komló, highly recommended for families for a quick and cheap visit. Very staff and animals, love open air experience with animals, love that the deer are roaming free and they're sooooo too. Recommend it to everyone, especially for families with small children. Public transport is good too, bus stops almost infront of the zoo. Must if you’re nearby. extremely cute, and friendly. There’s deer and chicken walking around. You can interact with a lot of the through the cage, but even go inside some of the cages and pet them. This place is awesome. You are closer to the wild as never before. The staff and the are friendly, the place is small and calm. Visiting this place is a must! Great place. You can feed some of the with their own designated food. There are friendy volunteers to help around the animals. I love the small there 😊 Pretty nice experience. Lots of animals, some are free and you're able to pat most of them. Really loved the place. Bit the biggest, but lots of kept well. Nice experience for the whole family. The children really enjoyed walking among the deer and stroking them. It is not very common either to sit with a kind fox in the same cage and spend some time with it. Feeding the from our hands was an extra bonus. Thank you for those people's dedication who keep this mini zoo alive and give the opportunity to little children to get to know these better. It's a very nice mini zoo with staff. We came during winter time so some of the are not fully outside. All the look healthy and well taken cared of. The best highlights are the foxes and the alpacas for us. Definitely recommend the zoo! 🌟 We didn't have much expectations of the mini zoo, but we were completely wrong. The mini Zoo is super fun. You buy a bag of food at the reception and with it you can enter the animals' cage to feed them. This was a very nice experience. Many simply run free and are tame, they come to you. As far as we could see, the are treated with love, they are calm and are not easily frightened. There is plenty of water, food and shelter. If we ever this area again, this mini zoo will be at the top of our to-do list.
