Service is exceptional even in such busy periods. The other day, we went out to enjoy some Sunday football. This restaurant is a great spot to enjoy drinks and food while watching the game. We had a few beers—draft Guinness and draft Stella—along with nachos to start. For the main course, we had Gerrard’s Jumbo Pork Chop and Gerrard’s Ribs, both of which were absolutely delicious. Having traveled to about 80 countries and visited thousands of restaurants and bars around the world, I can say with confidence that the owner of this establishment, who introduced himself to me as such, is one of the most unpleasant individuals in the restaurant industry. He gives me an ultimatum on how I should behave in his establishment, due to his clearly expressed personal dislike for me. He is a person who should not work in the hospitality industry. I hope this manager will be removed from the opportunity to manage this establishment.
