Excellent dining experience in a treehouse. An absolute **must visit** if you come to Albania and Komani lake. We fell in love with this place immediately and came back the after it was that good. The food, scenery, service is all phenomenal. Food: We had wine, greek salad, pork with brandy and the trout (fried) on the first night. Everything was delicious - the trout - caught by Ledi's place in the below - was sublime in both taste and texture. The tomatoes in the greek salad were wonderfully flavourful, and the pork was also very good. On the second we took the goat, and the beef with orange and brandy sauce. Both were excellent. Again the goat was perfect in texture, an crust on the outside from the grill while also being fall off the bone tender and extremely flavourful. So far the best goat I've eaten anywhere. The beef & it's sauce was also a showstopper. On both nights we left stuffed. Ledis place is a family run business and we found both sisters we met really charming, friendly and helpful. Everything is made/cooked from scratch so expect a bit of a wait for your food to be ready and enjoy the view. Setting: Ledis is situated on a bend of the Komani on top of a high valley. It offers stunning of the surrounding valley, and offers gorgeous sunsets overlooking the Albanian Alps. The has seating on ground level with lots of charming features, but for us we preferred the charming treehouse style seating - it feels extremely authentic and rustic and reminded me of beach hostels in South East Asia. There are lots of charming features including a telescope hanging on one of the railings which you can use to spy on wildlife down on the river. Prices: Main dishes are between 700 and 1500 LEK - high Vs inner city restaurants in Albania, but in line with nearby restaurants in this remote and tranquil spot, and justified by the quality of the food. Other tips: *We stayed in Agora farmhouse nearby & drove up each night, but Ledis also offers camping. *Recommend going for but if you're driving through, still definitely come visit. *Wasps are a nuisance and are attracted to the food - there are traps but you will need to shoo them away. Not especially aggressive and we were never stung. camping spot! Delicious food and great atmosphere. Eugena was so friendly and welcoming! Don’t miss this place! Best camping in all of Albania! This place has been one of the highlights of the trip, I couldn't more. food, lovely people and beautiful place - don't drive past without stopping here! I can receive the cornbread, taziki and orange and brandy beef :) Simon served us, and he is one of the nicest guys you could wish to meet. Great food! I had BBQ pork and fries. Food was amazing, thank you!! This is an absolute little gem of a spot. I found it by accident and was blown away, large are to park up and camp for free with toilets etc. As long as you are polite enough to use the bar at the very least. I would suggest you not only visit the bar but treat yourself to some decent grub. I had an selection of food, I highly the local pie. The staff are incredibly helpful and attentive. Now the actual place itself is just amazing. Tree house style platforms, multiple seating areas inside and outside. Spectacular views. There are dogs, cats, chickens and even an albino rabbit around of you're luck enough to see it. I'd just like to add again how utterly fantastic this place is. This is my favourite in Albania so far. The are spectacular. The two sisters serving us were really sweet. It was so good that we went back again the after. loved this place! The food was fresh, homemade, and full of flavor—you can really taste the love in every dish. The menu isn’t overwhelming, just the right amount of options, and everything we tried was delicious. Prices were very reasonable for the quality. The was wonderful, and the inside was so cozy and inviting—it made the whole experience even better. The treehouse is the perfect spot for watching beyond the while eating a delicious dinner. Eugena, who works there is a delight to be with. Highly recommend. The camping has everything you might need. Be careful of the roads to get there and don’t drive there at night. Incredibly kind and nice people! The camping spot was lovely. Toilet, shower with hot water, wifi, shade and benches. There is also access to the beach if you want to go swimming. We had dinner at the and the food was outstanding. Fully visiting, admiring the at and enjoying delicious dinner. WOW! Just WOW! The place and are magical and the dishes were just as amazing. I especially the oven potatoes and the traditional cassel. There was just one woman working there, but she was super nice and took great care of us. I would return to Albania just to come back to this restaurant! we stopped here while bikepacking and asked if we could camp - they kindly let us stay for free. the atmosphere was incredible, everything felt so authentic and full of character. we didn’t try the food but everything we saw coming out of the kitchen looked delicious. would love to come back properly one day! We first drove past the place in lunch time and because it was so amazing, We came there for dinner too. The was lovely and food too! What a heaven! Delicious fresh food and lovely personnel. All fished, cooced and served by this family. And the with is just unbeatable. It was love at first sight! What an incredible place to stay with my campervan. The lovely family went out of their way to spoil us with their kindness, fresh fruit from the garden and they even squeezed a fresh lemon into my water. The food is great! Fresh, local and well cooked. Their garden is beautiful, an oasis of tranquility with a fantastic of the where you can sit as long as you like. My only regret is that I can’t stay longer as I have booked the Komani ferry. I really hope I can return one day. Thanks again for the hospitality! We found this place and ended up parking here for a few nights. One of the most memorable visits in Albania! The views, the food, the service, the friendly atmosphere - everything is just perfect. Eugena and her family really went above and beyond to welcome us and our 2 girls. We ate in their a couple of times and enjoyed some drinks on the incredible terrace. There is also a private beach on the a short walk away where you can swim. We have a school bus, and although the journey was windy and quite steep in parts, it was totally do-able - even for large motorhomes. I cannot this place enough!! It’s been a few weeks since we visited and we still talk about it to this day. Thank you Eugena for making our stay so memorable. We hope to be back one day!
