We enjoyed our at Roompot which we had booked through Airbnb. (It's cheaper to book direct but we could not find space). The bungalows are homey, modern and have all mod-cons. Beds are comfortable. Yet there's room for improvement. Mosquito nets on bedroom windows, better cleaning (we found a pen and an ear plug on the floor and a pad in the garbage when we arrived) and a coffee maker that makes coffee that doesn't taste like hot chocolate). Reception is friendly and try to be helpful even if they have to adhere to misguided environmental rules from head office disallowing them to print out a map of the area. Food in the restaurant is OK - as you would expect in a cafeteria. Do rent bikes if you can as there's fantastic cycling in the area. Buses to and from Deurne station don't go on weekends but otherwise it is easy to get here on public transportation. Booked for one and enjoyed it and booked the same type of Bungalow for 3 weeks and paid at time of booking. Checked out after first and then checked in again for my next 3 . I was happy at paying nearly 1000 Euro because of Kings day holidays I got I good deal. I returned to the bungalow on Kings night at 4pm and was locked out with the lock being changed. I went to reception and was told I need to check out because not allowed to longer than 3 weeks and the next day kings day would have been 3 weeks . I had no email or telephone conversation letting me know, only change locks and tell me They will refund money back in my bank that would take a to get there. Next time better weather because it was raining almost every day. Very pleasant and calm location to spend the holidays. The chalet heats up easily when it’s a hot day but you can close the curtains. The is car-free which is very nice. A lot of activities can be done in the park, Minigolf, Table Tennis (you can rent the equipment). A little soccer field and badminton / volleyball place is there. The service was always friendly and customer-focused. You can go hiking around the park. We will definitely come back! Booked a chalet for a week. Has the basic requirements for your stay. Cable, good shower, kitchen has a microwave and oven combo. Terrace with table, seating and beach umbrella. The Wi-Fi is excellent. Every chalet or bungalow has it's own Wi-Fi with password. Netflix streams effortlessly. You can order fries and pizza and there is a tiny shop. You can go hiking in the woods next to the park. There's no swimming pool. We had a great at Roompot De Peel. The is peaceful, surrounded by forest, and perfect for taking a real break and enjoying the outdoors. It’s well-maintained and car-free, which makes walking around really pleasant and relaxing. Our bungalow was simple but comfortable, with everything we needed for a chilled-out stay. We loved being able to go for walks or bike rides straight from the park. If you’re looking for a quiet escape in nature, this is a great choice. We’d definitely come back. My wife and I booked via roompot so we can over night to recover from her flight from the US. Since her flight got delayed significantly we decided to cancel our booking. Via chatbot and via phonecall. A later we got a Bill for the full booking cost as "camcelation fee", this was the full price which also included the Spa and cleaning fees. After that the Support was beyond Rude and refused to comunicate with us or let us talk with a Manager. A later we got a threatening letter from the company "NDA Incasso" who demands us to pay of face even higher fees and law enforcement. We payed the Bill even though we never set foot near the hotel. The customer Service was absolutely unreliable and if I could give them a rating of 0 I would. Not just do I feel wronged, I also feel Robed and extorted. A great place to live and vacation, very peaceful and silent. It has its own small lake with a white sand beach that you can enjoy.
