Philips Stadium

Eindhoven, Netherlands Stadium

One of the Most Revieweds in Eindhoven A highly recommended stadium for football fans, especially for experiencing the vibrant atmosphere of a PSV Eindhoven match. However, away fans should be aware of potentially restricted views. Plan your visit to coincide with a game for the full experience. The stadium is easily reachable by foot from Eindhoven's main train station. Be aware that cans and metallic bottles are not allowed inside. Consider visiting during the Eredivisie season for competitive matches. Check for special events also, like women's team matches. The atmosphere is electric — PSV fans are incredibly passionate and create nonstop energy throughout the game. Excellent football stadium in the heart of city centre. The dark (thick back) net for away fans is such a shame and unprecedented in Europe. It's a great place to watch football. Wonderful experience to see such a huge stadium completely empty. Frequently mentioned in reviews: Top-rated.online cuts through the clutter, highlighting only the reviews that are most helpful, earn the most likes, or come from the most active contributors. A brilliant experience. We sadly weren't able to go into fully to see the pitch/seats, but we were able to go into the club shop. Staff were friendly, there were lots on offer, and it was very easy to get to from the airport. Quick access to a women’s match. They let me in with food and a bottle of water (cans and metallic bottles are not allowed, you can leave them and pick up later). We are better than Ajax. Excellent football in the heart of city centre. Nice car parking facilities. Ample amount of food and drinks options during the game breakout time. A must visit during your visit to Eindhoven Nice stadium. Occasionally watch PSV home games/Champions league. Also womens team too. Also some events happen. ~6€ beer. Can see the museum and visit the store. This is a really nice stadium. It's rather compact, but is really clean and modern, inside and out. Unfortunately, I left my phone in the hotel, so didn't get to take any photos during the game. I went as a neutral, but was impressed with the noise the PSV made (even though they lost). It's a great place to watch football. It's only about 10 minutes' walk from the city's main train station, and is really close to the city centre, if you're looking for something to eat or drink. Amazing matchday experience at Philips Stadion! The atmosphere is electric — PSV are incredibly passionate and create nonstop energy throughout the game. I went to the 2nd last game day of the Eredivisie and with Ajax dropping points it was an incredible game to witness on the way to the title win next. Everything is well-organized, from ticketing to entry and amenities. The surroundings are lively with great cafés and shops nearby, and the is easily reachable from the city center just by a walk along with many other fans. Overall, highly recommended for all football fans. Wonderful experience to see such a huge completely empty. It's breathtaking. The beer at the restaurant was fabulous too ;) The dark (thick back) net for away is such a shame and unprecedented in Europe. It covers everyone's visibility and of course doesn't exist for local fans. Not to mention the very small corridor to enter in the stadium, which could potentially lead to stampede in case of crowd movement.
