Called to post a packet this morning. There was a queue to the door, however there were 4 tellers on so this dwindled very quickly. Attendant (Lou) was extremely and explained the range of options available. First class 🤪 Staff are absolutely 10/10! Everyone has been super and informative every time I've come in with questions about postage requirements. Special shout-out to Doreen for helping me assemble a box! Really great team there. Kay was a great help today, super helpful, very polite and patient with all the paperwork I needed. She made a hard task very simple, much appreciated. Brilliant service. and professional. Professional staff are highly knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, courteous & are excellent ambassadors for The Post Office & it’s various services. Under no circumstances should this excellent be denied to the people of Orkney. Chris was very helpful. He helped measure my item I was sending so I could purchase the right size postage bag. Went to my local post office where a lady called Fiona did everything for me and answered and questions I had. Very pleasant lady with great customer service. I love my local Kirkwall Post Office.
