Visited for the soft area so my review is for that only: it is great! The kids love it! Had an excellent visit with my little boy on a Tuesday afternoon. Staff were very friendly, the facilities were excellent and food reasonable. P.s. the gate isn't too visible. The coffee shop provides a variety of food and drinks for both children and adults to enjoy. Great place for young children. £5 per child. No entrance charge for adults. You can get coffee, soft drinks, light meals at reasonable cost. Excellent. The place was empty which was a surprise as only indoor bit opened on a Sunday. Staff were quiet but answered when spoken. Food good value. Kids had a great time. Could do with being decorated. Not bad for mixed ages groups of kids. But a little dated on the kit. Some of the soft items need an upgrade. My 3 year old enjoyed this place. Really reasonably priced, no time limit and no charges for parents! The cafe was good for hot drinks and sweet treats. It wasn't very busy as we visited during the afternoon on a weekday. It started getting busy for a birthday party at around 4pm. The staff were very friendly too. Would recommend! A good sized soft play, especially the baby/toddler area only issue is older kids tearing through it so can’t really let your little ones without fear of them being knocked over. There is a sign saying babies only, but staff didn’t enforce this, and the parents there today didn’t either. The staff were incredibly friendly and we practically had the place to ourselves. Food was tasty and an extensive kids menu on offer.
