Didn't use, just stayed in the arcade but looked fun. Good value, all day play, child's hand is stamped so the child can return later in the day. Supervision - Adults are responsible for supervising their own children. Plenty of picnic style tables. No clear view of the whole floor due to the way the inflatables are positioned. Price - adults free, child £4 (all day, can go out and return). Accessibility - doors are open into the Amusement Arcade. One Toilet for all, which is also for the Disabled, no pull cord call for help. Car Park - Council Pay and Display near by, off road parking beyond the police station. Cafe - at the other end of the building, cooked to order and they will bring the food through to the Soft Play. Amusement Arcade - between the Cafe and Soft Area. Staff - friendly. Cleanliness and Temperature - generally clean, but could do with a deep clean. A little cold if not running around! Otherwise worth a visit. Toilet - one, also for disabled (no pull cord to call for help). Our 3yr old loved it. It is quite big lucky it wasn't too busy when we went. It's an all day price of 7.95 for a child cost us a bit more because I went on with him 11.95. There's amusements and a cafe for food and drink at the side Disappointed with our visit today. Girl on the booth when you go in is grumpy and rude, 0 customer service skills, certainly not right for working in a children's place which is meant to be fun. Not only that, it's reasonable for the toddler to at £3.95 but then £7.85 for the adult! Making it an expensive considering my little one is tired after 10 minutes. Waste of money. Shame! Good staff and a lower price for the adult who has no choice but to go in and let's face it, would rather not would definitely make it better! Possibly the cheapest fun for active on the whole coast. Paid less than £4 and could return all day. No charge for adults is nice (having been stung paying having to pay for 3 adults just to take my 2 year old to a soft centre near by). The cafe serving drinks and food next door is very reasonably priced too for standard seafront style grub. We were lucky to arrive at a quite time as it seems like it could get a little rowdy with older kids, there is a separate area for little ones but obviously some little ones are only interested in things for older children. The only gripe is that the toilet facilities aren't the best. place for the kids, they loved it! However, the upstairs area (we were at a party) was freezing! Yes, it was January but a few wall mounted blow heaters would of been fab! A small refreshment stand for hot drinks would of gone down a treat. It would deffo put me of coming in the colder months again but we will be back when it's warmer! Didn't use this place place you can come and go all day my son loved it and was a price Decent way to kill a couple of hours with the kids. The toilet and seating area could do with a deep clean or spruce up. I didn't go on the actual inflatable park, but my children loved it. £7.95 is a decent price, too. I popped next door for some hot drinks for the adults - I'm not sure if that's allowed, but there was nowhere on site to get drinks - the place could really benefit from a small refreshments area. My LOVE this place! Pay once for all day and you can leave and keep coming back as long as your wrist band stays on. I can't understand some reviews what people put on here what do they want for their money sounds like they want a babysitter so they can just sit back without watching their own and when you have paid it's for all day what place does this I have been loads of times but I still don't expect staff to look after I bring this is my responsibility. Our always have a time cafe next door for meals so all in all fantastic day out .good job everyone who works at this place . Avoid!!!!, we arrived when the park opened so my children were first on, they came off within minutes saying it's dirty & smelly, the evidence was all over their clothes (filth), also rubbish left on clearly from the previous day, we stayed just under an hour the probably spent 20 mins on the inflatable, I asked for a refund, the attendant said your children went on so there's no chance of a refund. Yes it's to offer all day BUT the seating for spectators isn't heated so wrap up warm if visiting but I'd advise NOT too. love this place, they get yo all day, can leave and come back as long as you keep your band on, value for money value for money. Daughter and her friends had a couple of hours.
