Very lunch. Food took a while to arrive and service between mains and deserts and even getting the bill was painfully slow. I ordered steak which was just ok, nothing amazing which is a shame as when you go out you expect the food to be better than what you can cook at home and the pub fell short on this occasion. The staff were a little hit and miss, some were happy and another was not very warming, seemed like they didn't want to be there and we didn't matter... I wouldn't rush back. Leuke dorpspub met zeer vriendelijk personeel. What a lovely local pub with amazing food and a real homely feel. Went there for Sunday roast and thoroughly enjoyed it, will definitely be back 🤗 My Daughter and I enjoyed lunch at the Lemon Arms. Inside there was a community feel. All the staff were and helped us understand how they worked (every pub seems to be different, here they serve orders for meals at the table). Drinks were served virtually as we walked in and the food arrived quickly. Quality, quantity and value for money all in abundance with both servings. Drinks were topped up on demand and paying was painless both in the process and the amount! We will happily return. A cracking pub, menu, cracking food at a reasonable price. Staff always very here and the service is excellent Has a beer garden, large car park. Well worth a visit if you're in the area Just to add, there's a great walk around the peninsula, if you cross the road from the pub and go down the road by the butchers you'll find the path which runs along side the river, not too strenuous, takes about 2 hrs, and then into the pub after. Impromptu visit. Driven past The Lemon Arms hundreds of times, always on route to somewhere else. Monday evening, fully booked out. Had burger and scampi. Absolutely fab. This is an amazing pub. Great food, well stocked bar with great choice of ales. Staff were really attentive, engaging and genuinely nice. Lovely atmosphere, definitely will be stopping here again. Prices were very reasonable. Lovely pub. beer and home cooked food. Pies especially nice as was sticky toffee pudding. Lovely little pub, food was but the onion rings were a bit greasy which let it down. Traditional pub food. Coleslaw was delish! We got sticky toffee pudding to takeaway, it was yummy but could have been more moist but I am a massive foodie and food critic! Visited tonight for food and drinks with friends. Delicious food, from a very varied daiiy menu, complimented by a very nice specials board. Thursday is pie & a pint..night. very popular Staff were really and pub has a nice cosy vibe. Would highly recommend... but book to avoid disappointment. Thanks for a great evening. This was a pre-booked reservation. Very impressed with the food here. Reasonably priced for very quality and filling food. We both had the pie, lots of meat in it, daughter had the burger and other child pizza. Both decent portions. Lovely atmosphere too. My only slight criticisms were firstly table service not the best. Slow to get to us and slow to clear the table of food. Also if we wanted more drinks it was a trip away from the table to a busy bar which is frustrating when sitting down to a family meal. No one came over to check on us/ask for more drinks. However staff were extremely and accommodating when they were serving us. Also the lager choices were poor. Moretti rated flat, Carlsberg never great - the third one was ok, but only ok. It’s minor criticisms but it’s still a 5* rating for me because the food was so and plentiful. me and my wife and our little dachund called in on the way back from trebah gardens for some lunch and a drink, the food was amazing really high quality and very fresh food tasted amazing and at such a reasonable price, we sat round the back in the decking area it was lovely and quiet we loved it and Wil certainly be back for a drink when we are around the area and food if we have time! Food was lovely and fresh the service was really I came here with my husband in last few days ago. The food is very fresh and tasty. Especially is the Tiger prawn which I had twice time .The staff is so kind and .Today is our last day here . We are travelling to Southampton tomorrow.Hopefully to see the restaurant next time.
