Had a lovely week! Caravan was spotless, was a little apprehensive after reading some reviews about cleanliness, however ours was exceptionally clean! We used it as a base as we were visiting family & it was a great price, great location to family & we had a very relaxing time. Dale on the front gate is really nice & personable. We have booked again in May & look forward to staying again. Awesome place! Lovely clean and comfortable accommodation. The beach is Wow! Can't comment on the entertainment, facilities, pool etc, as I didn't use these, as a Hideaway customer. But from what I could tell from a walk around the site, and retail areas, it's decent. The staff I encountered on check-in were friendly and laid back. There was a storm with very high winds during my stay, which was a little unnerving, but the presence of security making rounds throughout the night increased my sense of safety. Aside of the storm, the hideaway location on the park I experienced was quiet and relaxed. Close enough to Newquay, a 10min drive away, has everything you need plus it's funky vibe, Perran Sands is ideal for everyone. Did I already mention the am-az-ing beach?! So worth it! I'll be back very soon I absolutely love coming to Perran Sands every year, I have been coming here since I was a child myself it was one of my first ever holidays and I now get to share that experience with my four children. The entertainers are amazing and great with kids really friendly and a good laugh. Members of the office team are brilliant and always help when they can. The security team who work within the Live Lounge are absolutely amazing they go above and beyond for anyone and everyone. I want to also give Les a huge shout out in this review for going absolutely above and beyond for us and to the other gentlemen on the doors for the amazing laughs and wonderful memories made not just for myself but my children too. We cant wait to return next year.
