I booked a for my partner for his bday a couple of weeks ago - firstly we had a change of location text to me 10mins before the app and then had to wait outside for 10-15 mins whilst the therapist had to go and get keys to open up. There seemed to be alot of confusion on this app even though I had booked weeks in advance. When he finally got his he said it was the best he ever had but sadly it wasn’t for the full hour and a half I paid for. I received a phone call from Izzy to apologise however she passed the blame on to the therapist which I a bit unprofessional. I was told that I would receive a full refund but 2 weeks on I still haven’t received this. I have tried to contact but with no success. It was such a shame as I see all the lovely reviews for this place and was so gutted as it was for my partners bday which started off stressful and haven’t heard anything since and not received my refund. I would hope that maybe someone will respond to me through my review. Had a fully body today with my mum booked in with Issy, she had a few inconveniences today which were completely out of her hands & understandable. Making it difficult to decide when to fit us in working around plans/work. She still gave us a few options to make it work which im very grateful for!! Issy was reassuring & professional. The consultation with Issy was exceptional, she truly took the time to understand my needs and customized the accordingly. Issy focused on the knots in my shoulders with a firm massage, which was precisely what I had requested. The environment was incredibly comfortable and relaxing. I left feeling significantly less stressed and lighter, I can confidently say that it made a noticeable difference. I will certainly be returning. Once I finally got to see the very efficient, competent, friendly and helpful Lola all was excellent. However, the build up was very stressful. There isn’t a receptionist who takes calls, makes appointments or lets you know if there is a problem. WhatsApp is the main form of communication and automated messages are sent that don’t relate to what you are asking! You also need to note that the business operates from 2 separate buildings which creates chaos when communication is already lacking. To cut a long story short, I had to have an unpleasant phone call with Issy who seemed to think it acceptable to make clients wait if the previous client was 30 minutes late and to change venue at the last minute. Such a shame that it was so poorly organised as it was my first time there and it very stressful. As previously mentioned, once I saw Lola I was reassured by her professionalism and competence.
