Drinks were nice when we finally got them. Drive-thru!! Staff are clearly overworked with both the drive thru and the main shop to deal with. Only two staff on duty when I was there, and queues rapidly building up both in the shop and in the drive thru lane. I suspect this was what caused them to make a mistake with my drink - giving me cream when I had asked for none. However, they were mostly quite helpful and friendly, which is probably the best thing that can be said about this location. The photo was taken after my visit (I got my indoors) but is a great representation of how understaffing is causing massive delays in the ordering (and recieving) process. I timed one car and it took around 8 minutes from the back of the lane for them to finish placing an order - in other words, to move forward 2/3 car-spaces. I would have waited to find out how long it would take for them to pick up their (another 4 car-spaces), but I did not have the time. tl;dr: Avoid making even slightly complex orders and be prepared for a long wait!
