Really good place for kids. Quite a few things to go on. Tuck shop which is cash only but so so cheap.. even sells pot noodles for a quid. Picnic tables. Small fa4m with some animals. Staff are lovely Can soend all day here. Woods an treehouse in back.. blacon area Our grandsons love visiting here. Plenty of space to run around & wear themselves out. Its basic, but as long as the love it & theres plenty of seating/tables for the adults. Has a real community feel to it with the animals & growing their own food bits. Great for children of all ages Good climbing frame with bridges and slides, zip line and other swings, wooded area with dens and trails, a bridge and wooden sculptures and a mud kitchen and sheltered seating area, also a mini with goats, rabbits and guinea pigs, chickens and ducks Lovely place, perfect for the to have a run around. Kids play area was good, lots to do. (Climbing apparatus, swings, slides, zip lines, football area and more). Tuck shop was very reasonably priced, had drinks, ice cream crisps and other snacks. Toilets were clean Animals looked well looked after, all resting in the shade as it was very hot on our visit. We didn't need them but saw lots of staff on hand interacting with families and children also We stumbled across this looking on google for places nearby to take children for free. absolutely loved it. They have petting but thst was closed due to staff shortage. You could still get glimpses of them through railings. There is big adventure playground with zip wire , climbing frames , hammoks . Little shop onsight really cheap. If we lived closer i think my lot would be there every dsy it was open entrance. Very cheap snacks (Cash Only). Great place to take the for a day out. Horrendous place. There's potential. The playground itself is good. The is awful. Very run down. Animals either not there or very poorly cared for. Weather wasnt great..... but what do you want for nowt. Is probably better in the summer. Decent amount of wooden play structures for the to play on. Petting zoo is OK for a look around..... keeps the entertained for a couple of hours, at least Amazing place for the to let off some steam and see some animals all in one place. My 2 girls love it and there is a bike / scooter track outside so no worries of them getting board... only problem you will have is trying to get them to leave. 👌🏼 The playground was for both children and teachers friendly. There is as well with donkeys, guinea pig, rabbits Absolutely amazing place if you have and like me are looking for a place cheap for the to burn energy this is the place it's to go to and has plenty to do which burns lots of energy whilst parents get to chill there's on site toilets and a cheap tuk shop that sells ice cream sundaes for only 1.50 definetly recommend Found this online even though it's not far from our village, absolutely loved it!!! Being can’t go wrong, a great little for the to see all animals you don’t see every day including a baby donkey. Seeing some of the negative reviews I was a bit put off but they are so wrong it’s a great place and those reviews were clearly made by Karen’s. Will defo be back a great place and free!!! Also a small shop with fresh ice cream and hot drinks for us adults. This is our new day out destination we traveled from Wallasey, nothing like this by us. The staff are so helpful and willing showing us around the without hassle, they also said they feed the for in the summer and get there pizza oven going can’t get over how much of a great place this is!
