After hearing great things about this practice I decided to schedule a consultation. From the moment I met Sarah, I felt completely at ease. She was incredibly kind, empathetic, and took the time to thoroughly check my feet before the procedure. The whole experience was leaps and bounds better than my previous one. She reassured me that my situation would improve and took the time to explain each step of the procedure to me and clarified any queries I had. She was efficient, but also very personable, making me feel comfortable and informed throughout. I was given all the aftercare products I needed, and she reassured me that I could contact her at any time with any questions or concerns. Additionally, she scheduled follow-up appointments to ensure everything healed well. I am so grateful for her care and expertise, and I highly recommend her to anyone who is nervous about seeking help after a failed procedure or who needs an assessment for long-term foot health.
