We walked down to this piece of coast from Pentraeth forest. Lucky to have reasonably clear skies and truly got some magnificent big sky moments here. Wonderful walks and scenery and beautiful bird life. If you do drive, follow others warnings about the car park and tide. We arrived at low so we had full access but it's clear the car park area needs some respect and planning. There is a lovely around the bay which is filled by the sea at high for about four hours then drains quickly. You can park there but may have to move before the comes in as the safe bit is quite small. You can also across some of the sand but avoid the muddy bits and leave before the comes in which it does quickly as its very flat. Lots of dog being excersised. Could do with a cafe, kiosk or catering van. No toilets but beautiful views. Beautiful beach area to along, stunning really, but you must time it right with the tides as it fills in quickly. When the is out you’re able to around the bay to Benllech, dogs loved it! Was windy when we were here, with the sand blowing at you, it fair stings on bare skin! Definitely coming back here. Small roads leading down to parking. Always check times as car park can flood. Great views and can across the sands and towards red wharf. 24 countries I've visited in my life and this is the most unspoilt beautiful place in the world for me. No tourists, especially off season, clean and perfect. No where like it on Earth. For me, its part of what makes life worth living. A beautiful, untouched, extraordinary place that is stunning on the eye. Pretty quiet and a great place for walks and for picnics. Watch out for the tide, one car nearly got dragged into the water today. So checking the times is a must. A nice trail runs around the bay for a walk, but again, watch out for times, or you’ll be washed away, and no one wants that. A lovely quiet beach. Been there a few times over the last 25 years and never busy. was out for our visit and the sea was many miles out if that is important to you! This really is a gem 🙂 Be aware of the really big sump hole after leaving the tarmac on the approach road... high or low great place to visit, when out beach is massive Website change monitoring Monitor any webpage for changes – get instant email alerts when prices drop, new jobs are posted, products come back in stock, or competitors update their sites.
