Loved it so much we came twice! Extremely reasonably priced considering what is on offer here. It is a unique gem that allows you to bathe in nature and in a warm pool. With a few changes it could be a top spa. The customer service was one of the stand out points here and attention to the customer journey. It is lovely being handed some soft bathrobes, flip flops and then some fizz before swanning into the spa. Staff were extremely polite and attentive without being over baring or fake. The offering of two pools, two saunas, a very decent stream and foot spa, all well decorated, in those beautiful surroundings makes the cost of this spa very reasonable. Compared to the busy larger London spas in not so nice locations this place is a haven! On the second time of visiting I did notice that the paint needed doing outside the steam and sauna. I can appreciate this is a hard area to keep paint on the walls but not doing so made me question the upkeep of the spa. I immediately turned to worrying about what else wasn't being looked after. This needs improvement. I really liked this spa. We went for my wife's birthday and it looks amazing with incredible views. It has indoor and outdoor pools. The indoor area has a salt sauna, steam and a foot spa. The staff were really friendly and upon arrival we got a drink, gown and flip flops. The only thing for me was the drinks were temperature. All they need is a fridge. The venue is gorgeous with amazing views. Superb spa and hotel. Would recommend booking and getting in before 3pm to maximise your time relaxing. The views from the hotel and spa are out of this world. The hotel is just outside a village so is easily accessible. You cannot miss it. Despite it being a cold January day, the views were still breathtaking from the heated pool outside, surrounded by rolling hills. The facilities were clean, well maintained & perfect for an impromptu visit. We went mid afternoon so it was all but empty. It started to fill up as we left around 5.30\6pm. Would highly recommend if you're in the area & want a relaxing few hours. I visited the spa alone today and was greeted by two very cheery and happy young ladies. It was a fabulous welcome, and I felt relaxed straight away. I went on to have a massage with Chantelle, who is amazing at what she does. I am a regular spa-goer across the globe and have worked in the beauty industry for 31 years. This young lady has a very promising future. She has magic hands and a glowing personality that fits the perfect beauty therapist: kind, caring, professional, and thorough. I would highly recommend visiting this spa, not just for the natural beauty that surrounds it, but also for the wonderful people and rooms. I stayed for three hours but wanted to stay forever. These girls are a credit to Hilton and the spa. Thank you for making this lone spa-goer feel very welcome. I must add that I was frightened to leave my house, being a woman of color alone with the riots and all. I can't thank these girls and the people of Wales enough for making me feel normal. Very nice place for the price - we LOVED our aromatherapy couples massages, and the facilities were very enjoyable beforehand. Nice touches of the hair straighteners/dryers, nice quality bathroom toiletries, and the bags for taking away wet swim gear. Would recommend if you want a nice unwind after a weekend of hiking, though I wouldn’t choose to come stay here specifically for a spa break. Both my friend and I had an amazing time at the Wave Spa. Amelia and her team were fabulous. Nothing was too much trouble and we will definitely return.
