No wonder the pub is very quiet in a Saturday night The hotel needs some refurbishment the room was basic but with necessary items. Clean towels and good coffee tea facilities in the room. Wifi wasn't very quick. Rooms are very nice, staff are lovely, beds are super comfortable, showers are really nice aswell. First for me the location wasn’t very necessary as it was on a dark desert highway, and there was an interesting smell of colitas when I walked in to the building, from these 2 I was thinking to myself this could be heaven or hell, but the very beautiful lady at reception was nice and showed me the way to my room, her mind was Tiffany twisted and she also drives a Mercedes Benz and I also noticed she’s got a lot of pretty pretty boys who she calls friends and on my second day at the hotel I saw them dancing in the courtyard of the hotel, as it was a summers day I called up the captain and asked for my wine, to which he oddly replied, they haven’t had that kind of spirit here since 1969, what I didn’t like is how I was rudely awaken every day in the middle of the night just for them to say to me”welcome to the hotel California” which I thought was very odd,but the last thing I remember about my stay is running for the door to which I was told I can checkout any time I’d like, but I can never leave???!!!!! (I’m still here) The room was clean, warm and quiet and it had the comfiest bed I've ever slept in at any hotel or B&B. The manager/landlord, the bar staff and the cleaner were all brilliant, really friendly and helpful. I was travelling alone but the locals in the bar were all really friendly people and there was a great atmosphere. I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely be stopping there again. It felt like a home from home except miles better, with great company, great beer and a really comfy bed. Overall it is an outstanding place to be!
