Driving was challenging since the is a very narrow carriageway, possibly to damage the car. Parking is very hard. Make sure your car tires are good if you intend to drive to the village. My suggestion is to park the car and walk to the village. It's such a lovely spot in Cornwall the pub has live singing every Friday night and you can buy my art in the art shop. The short walk from the car park is very scenic too If you are in the area, a visit to Cadgwith is a must. Very scenic, it has a working fleet of fishing boats which are launched from the beach, and on return are hauled up the beach on a winch. It boasts food outlets by the beach which besides the usual fare includes fresh fish and crustacean caught locally. The only downside if it can be called that, is the walk from the car park down a footpath to the seafront. This is a pleasure for the able bodied, and has a few attractive views. For the less able this may prove a problem, and is definitely not wheelchair friendly. Love to sit and soak up the atmosphere on the headland between the harbour and the beach with a coffee or ice cream. Last time we were here we watched numerous seals popping up in the bay, and today we watch two fishing boats land their catch and be pulled up the beach by a winch.
