We were incredibly fortunate to have The Aussie Smoker cater our this weekend. It was the best decision we could have made. The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was exceptional. Every single guest thanked me for using them as the food was so good! We also had to change venue the day before, but they were incredibly accommodating and professional. Their flexibility and professionalism made the entire experience stress-free. I would highly recommend using them again in the future. We are big BBQ lovers so when we found The Aussie Smoker we were super excited! We wanted our food service to be professional but relaxed and Adam and his were everything and more. From the grazing table in place of traditional canapes and our more relaxed dinner serving style it was all just so perfect. The food that The Aussie smoker offers is incredible and tastes even better! Adam and his offer a variety of options when choosing your perfect menu and from the beginning of the process him and his were super helpful with it all; answering any questions we had day or night. He gave my now Husband and T-shirt which he pretty much wears it so much this is the day before the rehearsing our first dance! The food was amazing and everyone who joined us for our day thought so too, we had James catering the actual day who was also just as nice and friendly. You HAVE to try the Aussie Smoker! We couldn't stop talking about the steak all day afterward and the secret seasoning is something else - who knew chips could taste so good!? Gutted I didn't try the halloumi now, I'll be back for more! Honestly couldn’t find a fault with Adam and the team. He took our calls ahead of the with a humble heart and asked what we dreamed of for our day. The that catered for the day were brilliant, polite and really on it, I could see them checking on people and the food. Oh man the food. We adored it!! So many of our guests came up to me to thank me for getting such good food for the wedding, everyone was left satisfied with a full belly. We couldn’t have asked for more really! 11/10 We had the Aussie Smoker (James was our chief chef) for our and I could not be happier with the food and service that we received. From the initial chat with Adam, to the final check in to see how we were enjoying the food, the care was phenomenal. During our planning chats with Adam, he also brought up things that we hadn’t yet thought about and therefore really aided the whole planning process of our wedding. On the day, we were running slightly late and James was so brilliant with adjusting our timings etc to ensure that the day still ran incredibly smoothly. Lastly, the food was just incredible. If I ate another mouthful, I knew I would have burst out of my dress. There are some big eaters in our family, and the were asking if anyone wanted anymore of any of the food so they all had more than enough. We had so many positive comments from our guests about how much they enjoyed the food also. If you are considering booking the Aussie Smoker for your wedding, I highly recommend that you do it. My partner and I had the chance to visit the Aussie Smoker this weekend and it was well worth the visit! Staff were lovely, burger was incredible and pint from Dynamite Brewery completed the set up nicely. We have booked the Aussie Smoker for our next year and can't wait to have them there. Adam and his catered for the evening before our and we cannot recommend the Aussie Smoker highly enough. We did not have access to a kitchen so the food was brought in hot boxes and served without a hitch. Adam catered for both meat eaters and veggies, and the choices were excellent. Big shout out to the legendary pulled pork which was delicious. Adam is an excellent host and really brought the vibes. Thank you very much - we hope to see you again soon!
