Slow delivery. Expensive. incomplete. Tuesday night, ordered 2 burgers and a slice of cake at 8:20pm. arrived at 9:55pm. Both burgers had items missing and the place is now closed. The was clearly sat, bagged, under a hot lamp, for a long time. I will update this review after speaking with OSBK when they reopen. I will say that the burger, although received cold, was quite tasty. I'm sure they would have been better with the bacon and cheese I paid for though.. Edit #1: 10:22pm just opened the cheesecake.. photo added. Edit #2: 4:40pm (day 2) I spoke to the OSBK team who were super responsive, extremely friendly and more than happy to make the situation right. I will definitely from here again, I just might collect it myself next time.. upgraded review to 4 stars. We are currently staying in an Airbnb in Penryn. Our food took longer to be delivered, but as we were expecting this it was not an issue. The food was packaged in fantastic boxes, it all looked and tasted amazing. It arrived and was still warm. I wish the OSBK smokehouse was available where we live. If we come back we would definitely again! £5 for 6 very small quarter of corn on the cob, asked for a refund but was told it was (Just Eat I should contact) they didn’t bloody cook it. So £27 for a burger and chips. Don’t use this restaurant!!! Quick delivery however food was cold, pulled pork on the nachos had hard burnt chunks and £5.50 for what was supposed to be a crumble (pictured) was just ridiculous! Not impressed and sorry but won’t be using again. Ordered through Uber Eats not direct. Ordered through Uber Eats. Managed to quickly check my before the driver left. Missing a £9 dish. Excuse me mate, I'm missing a dish and the driver said oh yeah, so you are and picked it up from the passenger seat! Never seen anyone look so sheepish! We won't be ordering from here again, just based on this. Which is a shame because the food is always good. Ordered last night, decided to directly through the website other than through uber eats due to there being a discount code. Ordered multiple times and had no problems, last night was different, delivery is scheduled 30-40 minutes but on a Saturday you expect more closer to an hour which is fine, however the was made at 7:07 and the was not delivered until 8:17. Upon arrival the bag had arrived with one of the sauces spilt everywhere, if I was the delivery driver I would be too embarrassed to hand this over. As a result, one of the items was without a dip and the boxes drenched in the sauce meaning the burgers were soggy. To make matters even worse half of the food was when it finally arrived, will be thinking again before ordering as £40 of food to come and soggy is not acceptable. Whilst the food itself tasted fine, the sundae that was NOT meant to have marshmallows in, had atleast three before my partner had to stop eating it due to being intolerant to the gluten!!! There shouldn't have been any marshmallows in there so really not impressed. Ordered from here a few times, I think once it was decent… I don’t know why I keep giving this place chances when it’s the same rubbish each time. An hour later than estimated and cold! I spend a decent amount each time and I won’t be doing it again… it’s a shame as the first time we used this place it was really good. Absolutely awful service and food. Don’t bother, McDonalds is even 100x better than this place.
