The were friendly, attentive, and the spicy fish tacos and apricot scones were awesome. The was pretty good too! Would defiantly recommend, and go back! Delightful rural location with and good food. Friendly service. Felt the menu was limited but what we had was well prepared and good quality, A genuinely good place to enjoy a proper along with an excellent quality breakfast or lunch. Also catering well for those of us needing a gluten free menu. My breakfast GF pancakes with eggs, bacon and syrup were freshly made and just perfect. Highly 👌 👍 👏 Absolutely delicious coffee! Excellent fresh locally sourced food with seasonal menu. The menu is small but has a range of delicious dishes. The are very friendly, polite and welcoming. There are a selection of home made cakes, I the carrot cake. Everything is so fresh and so tasty. It is also licensed -serves craft beers, ales and wines. There is an area outside that is a sun trap (if it’s sunny) lovely to sit in and it’s dog friendly. They also do vouchers so you can gift someone an afternoon tea or lunch. I highly this place, it is one of the best shops I have been to. place for breakfast, with friendly staff, food and amazing coffee. Areen & her family from Saudi Arabia, we had a time in this cafe, it reminds me with our speciality cafe .. very cozy & quiet place 🍃 I’m so glad that I had a chance to visit this place on the last days of our stay here in the UK, which seemed like a good-bye ! Owners know inside an out, incredible amount of knowledge from sourcing the beans, roasting and then brewing and it really shows through the taste of the coffee. Communication from the team was excellent. Support local business! Took a ride out to a cafe I didn't know existed - WOW what a find! I am a self confessed snob and expect most places to be not up to my expectation - not the case here, the what the best I have had for many a year and the bacon and black pudding roll was just brilliant. The were helpful and knowledgeable - I thoroughly enjoyed my visit. I would highly a trip to The Apothecary.
