Update March 2025 Still absolutely fabulous. I can highly recommend their hot chocolate with all the extras and the pancakes as well. Please call in when you're passing, you'll get a friendly welcome and great food and drinks. Oh and there's a gift shop as well! Excellent, as always. We sat outside in the sunshine, a new Covid19 feature, which I feel should be kept. Seating was available inside and all was suitably spaced out and one way routes were well sign posted. We only had hot chocolate with all the trimmings, fabulous, bit we did see the food and it looked really tasty. Go and visit, you won't be disappointed. Update 14 February 2022 Once again we had the hot chocolate with all the trimmings and it was fabulous, probably the best in Wales. The food smelled divine, but unfortunately we had already eaten. Eating here is on our bucket list. Great find…! Called in onroute to Snowdonia. Friendly welcoming staff. Cosy clean cafe and a great breakfast..!! Lovely gift shop. Enjoyed lunch here. Sat on picnic table outside as we were with our dogs. The side salad was particularly delicious. Great shop too - our niece and nephews enjoyed picking out a toy for our dogs and my gran bought us all a different "little something" to remember our family holiday together. Stopped by after driving past several times during our stay nearby. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Food was delicious. A lovely little find. Been here many times throughout the years and have always had an excellent meal, great service and atmosphere. Lovely place to stop off just outside Aberystwyth, nice gift shop too! A regular stop when we travel to North Wales, lovely food and always a warm welcome. Enjoy looking around the little gift shop too! Dogs are welcome but only to sit outside. The cheesecake of the day was amazing, today it was Twix! So rich and sweet, that was probably the best cheesecake I've had in a long time! Da iawn! I had the lemon drizzle cake 🍰 and it might be the best one i have ever had and i had the caramel milkshake which the taste was a little too mild and it was very thin but overall it was nice and my mum had the tea and scones which were nice but it would be better if it was warm and she enjoyed the tea ☕ this is her son writing this btw but my only complaint was there were a lot of wasps.so overall it was really good 5 STARS.
