I suggest, if you are really desperate desperate to eat here, then bring your own ketchup or mayo. This arcade is soo fun! Quite busy but that's understandable. The staff are nice and machines are great too It's a pier with arcades at £2 a go, and 3 or 4 drinking areas. Very crowded. Had fish and chips, quite a long wait and chips were quite dry. Worth a visit but don't waste any money. Lots to do with the arcades, bar great service outside seating on the pier which is great. Good views and the DJ, chippy on the pair. Very nice. Great service quality food value for money We love the Pier at Aberystwyth. It's got a real good-time vibe about it. Fish & Chips, music, pool, snooker, shuffle board, table tennis - plus a huge arcade of games. Enjoy happy hour, have a few drinks and enjoy games with the family. If you have a moment and your visit is during fine weather, check out the fine views and spectacular sunsets along with fine views of the beach. Aberystwyth really does have it all and manages to feel unique without being tacky. The Pier is traditional, but combines a modern vibe at the same time. Highly recommended. Edit to add some constructive criticism: Whilst we all enjoy Aberystwyth Pier, the toilets - at the Snooker hall end - have a tendency to be grim. This is a real shame. It's not just that the toilets are old - they aren't looked after properly, are leaking, and can be smelt from the snooker tables. This isn't the sort of image the Pier needs and it really should be remedied ASAP. Great place to get a drink and play games watch the football and sit outside and watch the world go by while listening to the DJ bang out some top tunes. Great place to go for a well deserved beverage alcoholic or otherwise after a long walk across the beautiful pier. Great choice of food on offer and activities within for people of all ages to enjoy. Can sit outside on the pier with a cold drink in hand enjoying the sunset on a perfect summers evening. horrible service. arrived at the amusements with my little brother and as soon as we went inside we got asked where our parents were, i said ‘oh they’re over there’ and the staff member said ‘you need to be by your parents by the amusements’. bare in mind, me and my brother are responsible teenagers who know how to look after ourselves and do no trouble.
