There are a few walks... the accessible walk isn't a long one but is a pleasant one with lovely views. We also walked back down onto the road and walked onto the where the cars drive in as the was firm and the wheelchair didn't sink at all so it was nice to be able to walk along the a bit and sit and watch the sea for a while. We also walked back along the road up towards the caravan site where the cafe sign was and stopped there for a coffee and a rest. The staff there were friendly. Great place, quiet, peaceful, deserted beach, nature at its best! Beware of the incoming tide, it moves very fast! Parking £4.00 all day. Really lovely and national reserve. I have been coming here since I was 4 and I am now 47. Things have changed but only for the better, now paths are marked so the ecosystems do not get damaged and give you a nice walk around the area. Recommended for both the young and the old alike. Good open space, views around the estuary were really nice and there are a number of walks across the dunes, some of which are boarded. We then walked along the wild coast. We didn't realise we needed to pay for parking on the near the estuary but it was very reasonable. This Nature reserve is just absolutely stunning.We spent the best part of week here.You can pay £4 to park on the all day.Dogs are allowed.The and dunes are lovely . Visitor center open till 4pm every day for toilets,can grab a coffee to go if you walking around.its just an all round great location for a family on sunny day.it is a no swimming area due to no lifeguards but The tide goes out very far making the huge and leave pools of water on the that you can paddle in.if you want to swim in the sea then you need to head to the other end of this stretch of where the flags are located in Borth and dog restrictions apply. Have fun..Ps very careful if you see any adders in the dunes and stay away from them and tidy up after your fur babies Beautiful beach. Easy parking. Great toilets.
