It’s a little soft it’s ideal for younger children. But we are used to big soft plays. My 7 year old had enough after about 20 minutes. But that’s not saying it’s rubbish just we always go to ones in Cardiff. Daughter had a fantastic time at a party. Staff were friendly and food prices very reasonable. We went today for the relaxed session of 1.5 hours and my three year old Son really enjoyed himself. It was nice and warm and the beverages were very reasonable. We will definitely come again. It's very good for around my Son's age. Not very well managed. Ladies serving werent very attentive and were as if they were in their own world, especially knowing that customers are queuing outside in the rain and have an allocated time slot. Staff were very stand offish, borderline rude with no customer service skills at all. The lattes are the powdered sachets with added hot water and children's drinks are warm kept on a shelf. On a positive we did enjoy our jacket potato. Overall was an ok experience but dont think I'd be in a rush to return. Customer service is a biggie for me. The area nice staff moral (none exsistent) powdered latte from a packet at £2.50 a pop, Thought that was a blatant cheek given as they are a quid for a box of 10. Honestly they must think people stupid Burgers = cardboard On phone they told us we could go there but never said anything about a time slot and that we were half way through the slot.
