Absolutely INCREDIBLE!! we are just visiting the village from holiday cabins near by and would definitely go back just for the sandwiches, they were fantastic, possibly the best sandwiches we ha e ever eaten. Staff were so lovely and accommodating. If you are in the area and peckish this is a must!! A great place to go for a sandwich with fresh homemade ingredients. The fillings are plentiful with a great choice to choose from. Sat outside with the dog on the bench eating and watching the hussle and bussel of people coming in and out of the shop and surrounding places. A must visit place if in Hemsley. Also make sure you park in the long stay as its far less stressful than trying to park in the centre. So I returned to hunters today after experiencing one of their amazing sandwiches yesterday. Stuffed to the brim with meat. Also had one of their beautiful ice creams.Salted caramel is the one for me. The staff are amazing, and very friendly. No doubt I will be paying them another visit very shortly. 10/10 from me What an AMAZINGLY AMAZING place! The place looks fabulous, the food looks delicious & the Team were brilliant! I got a pork and apple pie and it was fantastic (though everything else looked awesome as well). The staff was also incredibly friendly and helpful. Amazing sandwiches! We were a big group with a large order, staff were so lovely and the sandwiches were filled amazingly, delicious 🤤 Favourite spot in Helmsley!! Amazing produce!! Amazing staff. Pork and stuffing sandwich is to DIE for. Mina was just SO lovely. SO helpful. She made us feel special as customers. Proper top tier service. Couldn’t recommend enough! Love love LOVE Hunters. Such a wonderful deli! Bought a sandwich that was made fresh- and it was so good! Full of freshly cut meat. We finished our meal ‘to go’ with crisps and a wonderful Portuguese tart (with chocolate on-a lovely twist!). Service was fab-friendly and accommodating, food was tasty and reasonably priced and it isn’t a trip to Helmsley without a visit here! Highly recommend.
