They had me fill out a paper questionnaire to gain insight & knowledge of my needs. The young lady who massaged me absolutely professional, but had tiny hands, so her pressure was a bit weak, but still provided some relief; with continued practice & strength training, she will be better as time progresses. Other than that, I was able to receive a professional 50 minute for only €65. Totally worth it after International travel. Beautiful spa room, booked the bubbles and benessere couples package with jacuzzi, massage, and facial, and everything rolled smoothly from one to the next. I had the massage, manicure and pedicure there. It were easy to get appointment because the owner speaks in english and give very useful advices. The SPA has small pool, sauna and steam sauna. L’igiene lasciava a desiderare: ho notato una blatta a terra in un’area comune e, cosa ancora più grave, è rimasta lì per tutta la durata della mia permanenza senza che nessuno del personale intervenisse. Inoltre, l’ambiente era sovraffollato: troppe persone per uno spazio così piccolo, il che ha reso impossibile godersi un momento di vero relax. Peccato, perché ricordavo un’atmosfera ben diversa.
