You don't need to be in the best physical shape, but if you can do a half pull up that helps. I will also add that it's at a good elevation so when it's hot in Catania it's very pleasant up here. Staff is super friendly and helpful. They take safety seriously and look out for little kids. Alpine area is a huge plus. Great for kids of all ages. Good safety. Tranquil surroundings. Shade and toilets and picnic area. Great place for children and adults. Some of the ziplines need attention though as my children and several others got stuck on them. Our family returns each year to this beautiful park. Although we speak Italian, the instructors are able to give the instructions in English, as well, to our non-Italian speaking friends. This park has difficulty levels for ALL ages (from 3 years old to 70 years old). The park/facility is beautiful and kept very clean. All of the equipment looks very well kept and is modern. There are areas to have picnics with provided picnic tables and to use grills which are also provided. There are so many spots available everytime we visit and there is ample shade. We always go here in the summer months of June and July and the temperature is always many degrees cooler than at sea level. Would recommend to residents as well as tourists. There is also a kiosk to buy snacks, drinks, and coffee on the property. Excellent location in the forest, many routes from the easiest to very difficult. Picnic tables are available, and a small kiosk offers nice snacks and drinks. And coffee was good too, like everywhere in Italy, even in the mountains. Reservation by phone is necessary. Weekdays are much more comfortable for a visit. Good equipment is provided. Safe and nice challenge for a family. We enjoyed. Not a huge place but it was not crowded either. Quite a few courses, the kids enjoyed them. Fun and family-friendly. There are lots of courses to try and various levels. The staff were knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and attentive. It would be a great place for a family outing and picnic or even a birthday party. There are lockers available and a fair number of picnic tables as well as some BBQ’s. Ben organizzato, permette di trascorrere un paio di ore nel bosco con tanti percorsi per bambini ed adulti. Ottimi anche dei mini percorsi per bimbi tra i due e tre anni. We had a lot of fun here. They have climbing tracks for all ages and difficulties. The park is in a small forest and therefore the temperature is a bit lower. The food supply was okay given that we went there during off-season. Not sure what they have in summer, but there was no salat in the menu. They also have a Barbecue area where you can grill and eat your own food. Pricing is decent. Overall I can recommend this place for families. It was such a great experience for my 8 yr old being the first time. All people speak fluent English and Worth it. Spuntino was good and affordable. Thanks to the altitude and the trees, it is quite fresh here, even if it's a burning hell by the coast. The staff speak well English and is helpful.
