Sausage rolls undercooked and slow service from distracted staff. Nice location though. The middle aged woman with dark hair working the morning of 31-07-25 goes from handling notes and coins, to preparing rolls and baguettes, to handling cash again, and straight back to the food. No hand washing at all. When i got to the front of the queue and saw that's what she was doing, i walked out. Absolutely grim. Closed early. Went out of my way to come here for good to go bag but no sign of any staff or bags. Most placed cancel orders so customers know not to travel. Wasted time and money and got nothing. Went in to get a coffee and nip to the toilet with baby, disabled toilet had nappy bin but no changing table and no toilet paper. The app scanner also didn't work so I couldn't use my free coffee, I think they may have had a notice however it was on the far till in too small print to see from the long queue. Not a very successful visit! Called in as I do normally to fill my flask with boiling water (I'm a trucker) young girl wanted to charge me £1.50. Want be calling in there again. Starbucks is, other Greg's, Costa Macclesfield and burger king never a problem in all my years driving. Jane the manager and her colleague this morning were absolutely stars.
