I had a fabulous burger, it was really tasty. The staff are efficient and helpful. It's a good place to go for a meal or simply just a coffee. Very trendy decor. Great and convenient location when passing by. Large car park but it gets busy. Plenty of seating inside with an outdoor area at the back. Excellent coffee, good selection of cakes. Food is good for a small meal or snack. Nice sports memorabilia in store with a shop for some sports wear. Definitely worth a visit. But I feel they are missing out on trade by not opening for morning rush hour traffic Fantastic! Really cool place. If you want to bring a flash car or motorbike you'll fit in in the car park! We just brought our old and bashed Toyota and didn't feel envious at all 🤣🤣🤣 The food was nice and served quickly. My only criticism is that they use single use containers for a lot of the meals. I asked for a glass and was given a plastic beaker. The was served in a paper cup. Personally I don't like eating and drinking out of things like this and I don't think it's very sustainable. Only had a chicken wrap and soft l drink taking away a lovely raspberry sticky flapjack. Defo want to come back for on another occasion. Really surprised it is not open in the evening Been to both locations in South Wales, just wonderful, more so if you're a biker - which we aren't. A limited menu and all the better for it, in our opinion the best burgers in South Wales. I have been to the Baffle Haus on a number of occasions and always really enjoyed my visit. In my experience the staff have always been very helpful and polite and all in all, it really is a nice place to while away the hours. The menu is slightly limited but everything we've ever ordered has been hot, fresh and very tasty. I have not had any complaints at all about my Baffle Haus... until today when one of my eating out pet peeves happened... a business being stingy with fries. A petty complaint I know given the other praise but today I had the Haus burger (£9.50) and I decided to pair that for the first time with Posh (£6). I thought the burger and would be separate but instead my Posh came in a slightly apologetic pile next to my Haus Burger (more like the burger Combo option). So like I say, this is mainly a personal annoyance but when someone is paying £6 for fries... Please don't be tight with those folks. We love Baffle Haus! They have a great Gluten Free hot food but sadly don't offer any Gluten free bakes :( they occasionally sell one flapjack or brownie but it's in the same case as the other cakes so not Coeliac or Allergy safe. Would love to see Baffle Haus offer some local gluten free businesses for their cakes & treats. Staff are so friendly and the is great though!
