Very reasonable price. Wonderful friendly pub! Went here for Sunday dinner with family and friends. Service was very friendly and we were kept updated on when our meal would arrive. The vegetable tart that went with the roast was a very nice vegetarian option and flavourful. Vegetable sides were also very tasty. Others on the table really enjoyed the pork option as well. Portion sizes were excellent, flavourful and good value for money and the pudding selection was excellent. The cheesecake was very rich and indulgent. Will definitely be back again! This was one of very few pubs open for lunch on a Monday! The bar staff was very pleasant and the beer was good. The food was superb, beautifully presented and very tasty. Lovely old building with parking out the back. Thoroughly recommend this place 😊 This visit was an absolute by chance. The pub I wanted to visit was refurbishing the kitchen. Thank you for that as this was a great experience. The food was delicious and not overpriced, the four of us all had a different main meal and no one had not one complaint . The only downside was that it was a little bit noisy, I'm old and like it quiet 😊. But I suppose that's what you get when you're served great food.. Yummy x The loveliest staff I've ever experienced. Situated on a lovely country road this is what I would consider a quintessential English pub. The food was better than great and I can only say that the staff went above and beyond. Highly recommend this pub if you are in Herefordshire. Miss it and you miss out !! The food here was great and the beef was cooked to perfection with the pork being fantastic too. They also had a great selection of drinks to chose from. I would definatly come here again.
