Excellent Food, Options & Staff. What a wonderful find at the end of the road to the beach / lighthouse! We were very fortunate that during half term the opening hours were until 9:00pm though we did arrive about 4:00pm. A wonderful area complemented by beautifully decorated indoor and outdoor seating with excellent views. The menu has SO many options it is amazing in such a location. There were plenty of options whether you have any dietary restrictions or want plant based vegan options too. The staff are polite and helpful with the food coming out very well cooked and tasty too! We will definitely be coming back here again soon. Great little , bar , eatery . Varied and interesting menu , along with an amazing selection of wines spirits and beers . Alcohol free options available also . Friendly and attentive service , cosy fire on the inside and suitable garden with tables outside . Toilet located outside in side building . *£3.50 toll charged at Penmon Priory, which will cover you for parking the whole day * Went in for Beach Snacks to take away down to the beach. Very staff and great vibe to the whole place. Great beers / drinks / ice creams and food on offer to eat at the or take away. We had pizza, chicken bites on chips and a beer and Prosecco. Amazing place - well worth a visit. Wow wow wow - did i say wow? Deeeeeelicious, we had a breakfast and a cup of tea. I can say that it was the best tasting, best quality, best portion amount that I have had in years. What a magical wonderful place the is set in too - absolutely breath taking - come to this place and wonder in the beauty. Establishments these days seem to serve the minimum (one egg one sausage one bacon) and have the cheek to call it a full English- they should call it a half English 😆. Well the breakfast that Phil the chef and guy who runs the pilot cooked to perfection was outstanding. Everyone at the are super and very very welcoming - 5 stars are not enough and I can't reccomend the Pilot House enough - a real gem in a spot of outstanding beauty ❤️ Awesome place to visit while exploring the local area, such a cool vibe inside with surfboard and campervans, a big range of ice creams to choose from, plus milkshakes, and cocktails, and alcoholic milkshakes! Doggy ice cream for sale too, and they have a shop area with mostly toys and a few souvenirs, gin flavoured Jam. Plenty of seating inside and big outside garden with a lovely view, toilets were also available. Staff were very welcoming, and dogs are allowed inside, too. The lighthouse is literally 5 mins from here. Lots of parking available. Stopped in on my walk hoping for a light lunch. It was busy despite being midweek, but the staff were and cheerful. Unfortunately the menu doesn't offer sandwiches or typical lunch items, more focused on pizza and burgers. The wait was much, much longer than I expected considering I only ordered nachos, think I was waiting half an hour or more. The food was good and plenty of it, but I was slightly disappointed by the choice of entirely disposable crockery (tin foil bowl) and cutlery (wooden) when eating in. Seems very wasteful. Great lunchtime food. We had two kids meals - Sausage and chips, Pizza and chips. Adults had loaded chips - one bacon and the other crispy chicken. All of the food was great for a family like ours. We had a latte and carrot cake slice and been served absolutely professional similar as we have in Portugal absolutely spot on A nice little situated in Penmon point. The sells hot/ cold food, as well as local produce. Outside seating that is accessible for wheelchair access. Food is excellent, especially the home made pizzas. Lovely outdoor seating area to take in the views, whilst enjoying your meal, or refreshments. Toilet facilities at ground level. Dog friendly, with the selling doggie ice cream. Well worth a visit. Lovely cafe. Great views. We came up 2x. Once for the view and breakfast. The 2nd to get our toddlers toilet we left out 🫣. Owners were very helpful and we had a joke about its little adventure. We were met at this dog-friendly café by such people who made our visit welcoming, relaxing and catered for our needs. When ordering food and drink, they offered a vegan selection of drinks based on the choice of beverage I ordered, which was very considerate. The atmosphere was so relaxing that I just wanted to chill on the couch whilst admiring the décor. I will most certainly be bringing friends here in the future. I look forward to the upcoming projects the proprietor has instore for the business. Many gluten free and vegan menu items. Cakes are delicious and the views are outstanding. A lovely little in a great location. Popped in for a coffee and some cake which was delicious. The staff were and helpful and made you feel welcome.
