Picturesque sunsets and plenty of rainbows What a cracking little, well not so little, to visit. Top place to visit with the family and the dogs, our two Border Terriers loved running around the sand and into the waters edge. Nice and flat so the children could paddle safely and even venture out a little further but felt safe. There were obvious slight rip tides to keep an eye out for, but like many beaches, just keep an eye out and you will be fine. Highly recommend a visit, we were lucky enough to be staying within walking distance, but well worth a drive to if you're not staying nearby. Having a drone also helps with getting breathing taking pictures of the coastline and the bay. stunning beach, a lovely view from the road but even better up close. protected with 5 gates and a bird 😅 Beautiful sandy all to ourselves It's an OK place to camp. There are some toilets and showers, but the ground gets quite boggy and when it rains some parts can get a bit flooded. There is a nice there to explore and a small walk to a trig point but the water at the gets quite contaminated by the downpour of the surrounding mountains and I wouldn't recommend getting in the water when this happens. Absolutely love this beach. Clean beautiful sand. Quiet. Crystal blue water. Some good surf. Things to note: there can be a strong riptide here and cross current. So if entering the water be aware. There is no lifeguard on this beach.
