It is ok ok place This is a new and well maintained area for children. Also, it's really positive use of the shopping centre which is good for local business and employment. Slight disappointment that we ordered hot food and the despite reminding the twice, it came out 40 mins later, 10 minutes before the end of the session. When I've had similar experiences at National Trust etc, they've thrown in something free (Drink etc) but we didn't even get an apology. :( My really enjoyed it. The were friendly and the selection of food available was reasonably priced. I would definitely come back. They might need to focus on cleaning parts of the area, as they were a bit dusty. An early morning visit to Wacky Kingdom is always appreciated by our girls. The first slot is the quietest one of the day (between 9 and 11) costing £25 for two and two adults. However, it could be said that our eldest (approaching 7) is perhaps reaching an age where she might be outgrowing this. Nevertheless, she is still more than happy to explore everything there is on offer. Slides, tunnels, ball pits, a trampoline, mini climbing wall and various other obstacles. There is also a special Under 3s area for the younger children. There is plenty of seating for adults, free WiFi, a cafe serving a variety of food and drinks and a TV playing Sky Cinema. Being in the Belfry Centre also means there is plenty to see and do following your session. #familydadventures The place is lovely but incredibly expensive compared to other venues. We had our son's 4th birthday here this last weekend, the booking was an easy online process and follow up emails were quickly answered. On the day the were ready and the party ran really smoothly. A big thanks to Linda for the emails and to Holly you ran the party on the day. You folks are really accommodating to our needs, careful of allergies, provide and plenty of food/ drinks and the had a blast. Clean, friendly, safe environment for the kids. SEN sessions offered. price and easy to find location in the upper mall. Went this afternoon for the first and cannot fault this centre. The were great, very accommodating, the place was clean, my did not get bored, the equipment was great, the food menu was great, they catered for vegans. This centre was much better than the one in Kingston as the cafe didn’t offer much and wasn’t as clean. Will be returning here. Thank you to all the for a memorable day. First visit yesterday with my granddaughter. We loved it and its good exercise! slides and 2 trampolines even nannies can have a go on! to be able to get a coffee and snacks and toilets are accessible and clean. Definitely be going back soon. Wacky Kingdom was to visit. The were friendly & helpful, there were a variety of sweet treats & healthy snacks for the & adults and the get a really decent length of playtime for the price you pay. My only critique is the layout. You have split into older children/babies & toddlers, which takes up half the premises - totally fine. But then the other half is essentially full of tables. Considering the amount of buggies & prams in there, the vast amount of tables squashed in makes it tough to manoeuvre. When I was there in my wheelchair with my little niece, the tables were so squashed together we could barely pull a chair out & I had to park my wheelchair in a small walkway. Everyone with a buggy had to do the same. It meant I could not access the bathrooms as it was so cramped & my niece couldn’t go unattended. It needs a much needed reshuffle furniture wise, so the space is fully functional & inclusive for all. Standard play. enjoyed it. Went early Saturday morning with our 2 year old daughter. Superb fun. Good equipment that’s all in good condition. Had lots of fun in the different areas, one aimed at smaller children. Really nice space, good food options and toilets. Really recommend. Took my 2 during may half term and they absolutely loved it. Easy to book online, the equipment has been updated and there are 2 areas designed for 2 age groups. Also the food menu has been updated to include more hot food options which is good and they also offer a loyalty card for all hot drink purchases which is handy. Definitely will be going back. friendly atmosphere. loved all areas. Polite Frequently visit here with my son when in Redhill. Amazing play. It is so big so even when busy can have a time. Which is important for my autistic son. Lots of zones for all ages. Brilliant range of food and snacks on offer. Being in a shopping centre is too as parking never an issue like some softplays. We absolutely love wacky Kingdom. It is always very welcoming and recently my have been unwell and they have been very providing with changing the dates of our bookings. Their communication is always outstanding and they really value their customers. Thanks for doing such an amazing job my love it here. No aircon in the Kingston one at Bental Center. Place was busy, where and adults get sweaty! Quiet anti-hygienic, it gets very hot and awful inside, we had to leave earlier I recently contacted customer service to help me resolve a booking issue, and they were really helpful and dealt with it no problem. We don't live particularly close to this play, but we go out of our way to visit as my son really likes to here. It is always and looked after and are nice. Thank you, we will definitely be visiting again. My love going to play, especially the big slide. I can take both of mine and they are equally amused and engaged with the different activities on offer. I’ve had a subscription for over 6 months, but when I visited today I was refused entry because I didn’t have a booking. The place wasn’t even busy, yet I was told I could only go in if I paid on the spot. I don’t understand the difference – if I paid today, would that somehow make it less busy? It makes no sense and completely defeats the purpose of having a membership. Very disappointed with the service and the way loyal customers are treated. We bought our nephew here for the first today ( Redhill centre) , and have to say I was really impressed, having been to many plays in the past, this by far was the best, very clean, helpful and above all lots for the to do! He had a will certainly be back. We always have a brilliant at the - very friendly and decent coffee! Parking is really easy at the Belfry centre which is perfect when the weather not or you’re with a buggy We had a fantastic at Wacky Kingdom on our recent visit. The area is very for a and maintained well. The are always friendly and helpful, and my 2 love it here. We will be back soon. I’ve taken my to several birthday parties at Wacky Kingdom, and they always have the best (and are suitably exhausted at the end!) structure for mixed ages. Bring my girls all when travel back from Salisbury every other weekend place Excellent visit and loved evey minute. Will be back soon I often bring the to Wacky Kingdom and they have a blast! They also love the new addition of being able to buy ice-cream while playing. We celebrated my son's 5th Birthday at Wacky Kingdom last year, and he and his friends had the best time. I would 100% recommend Wacky Kingdom to anyone local or coming to visit the area! Not the best. First visiting today with my son, probably won’t return. He’s under 4 so we stuck to ‘baby’ section however way over 4 we’re running around, throwing things about and I know really the parents should be saying something to their and getting them out but the should be monitoring whose in the baby section and quite frankly they did not care one bit if the little ones area was overrun. My second issue was the (shapes, see saws etc) were absolutely FILTHY I’m not talking about little bit of wear and tear or just a bit grubby from a lot of usage, they were covered in grime and dirt it was disgusting. My son came out covered in dust all over his clothes, I certainly don’t expect these places to be gleaming but this was a joke. Other issues were no separate ball pit for little ones so if your baby loves a ball pit you’ve got to put them in with the big who don’t care about being careful. It was also extremely packed, after about 30 minutes it was just a sea of definitely not suitable for safe for younger kids. Generally not impressed at all. I can’t recommend Wacky Kingdom Softplay enough! I recently took my 6-year-old and 3-year-old, and they absolutely had the of their lives. The place is so vibrant, clean, and well-organized, with activities for all age groups, making it perfect for my little ones. My 6-year-old loved exploring the climbing frames and racing down the slides, while my 3-year-old was captivated by the toddler-friendly areas that were safe, engaging, and full of fun. The were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ensuring that everything was running smoothly and that everyone was safe. I was also impressed with how spotless the whole place was. If you’re looking for a fun, safe, and exciting way to entertain your kids, Wacky Kingdom Softplay is an absolute must-visit! We celebrated our child's birthday this Sunday. First of all, nowhere during the booking process was it mentioned that the Redhill playroom is older, smaller, darker, etc., compared to the Kingston location, so keep that in mind. Secondly, if there will be of mixed ages at the birthday party, carefully consider the food. At our party, there were ranging from 3 to 10 years old, with a total of 7 – we received 2 small pizzas and some fries. None of the ate properly; the older ones obviously didn't get enough, and the younger ones didn't even have a chance to take a second piece because there simply wasn't any left. The amount of pizza provided should be for 2 kids, not 3.5. Additionally, we constantly had to ask for things – they brought the food but no utensils. They brought the cake but no knife or spoons. Nowhere was it stated that we needed to bring these ourselves. In short, I strongly do not recommend booking a birthday package. It's much better to simply bring the to the playroom, order plenty of pizzas for the common tables, and it will be much better and cheaper. The will have fun and be well-fed. This is definitely better than buying the birthday packages (our was Knight Gold Party). What a brilliant centre! Clean, friendly and secure. You can have your eyes on the at all times and sit and enjoy a drink and treat. can’t do enough and the just had the best time! I would like to give a big shout out to the Wacky Kingdom, which I have visited numerous times now with my four year old son, who thoroughly enjoys going to this play, not only because it has a large variation of areas to enjoy but also, it is a very clean, light open spaced environment, with air conditioning, which is always good in the hot weather and the themselves are just so friendly, caring, approachable and always seem to be aware of what is going on. If a needs any help or attention, they are there. Some of the I have had the pleasure to talk to when we come with our a little boy are, Lily, Tony, Ellie, Holly and Petra and I can honestly say, that you can ask any of them any questions and they are very knowledgeable and always there to help out with anything needed when you enjoy your 2 hour session here. They also have a really nice menu for adults and to enjoy if you want to have your lunch there. Wacky kingdom Redhill is always enjoyable for the kids. I love that there’s something for all ages up to 12 years. They Liked it so much we Booked a party at wacky kingdom and cannot wait to make new memories.
