Godstone Farm

Oxted, United Kingdom Children's farm

One of the Best Places To Visits in Godstone Frequently mentioned in reviews: Top-rated.online cuts through the clutter, highlighting only the reviews that are most helpful, earn the most likes, or come from the most active contributors. place to and enjoy especially with children. Lovely and lots of to see and interact with. Big outdoor ground to in. half day out with the little ones! As the name suggest, it is a farm, so plenty of and even a reptile section and pig race! Some indoor and outdoor play. Lovely walks and trails. Good cafe and snacks too. Thumbs up. Excellent activity centre and park for all the family. Many to see, all of which seem happy and well looked after. The place is clean, well maintained and it deserves to do well. It is nice to see somewhere that the money being made is clearly being put back in to keeping the standards high. The is outstanding too. Godstone is a place for fun, entertaining little ones, while seeing some cool but absolutely lacks in the food department! I’ll start with the best: for the price of a ticket and what you get (farm animals, walking around, indoor area, multiple outdoor areas) it is worth every single penny and our loved it - and so did we. Now for the food: expensive and honestly not worth of any decent place that calls itself a farm. Ordered the breakfast and it was tasteless. Order the beef burger for lunch and it came within 2 minutes of the order and when I asked how come it was cooked so fast the waiter just left it there and didn’t offer to replace it or refund what clearly was sitting there for a while. You’d be a 5* if you sourced your food locally and cooked it with pride but that shall be a 3* as price is ridiculous for what you offer on that department 3 stars! Brought although the and restaurant staff kind. Reception isn't and our day out as a cost us £94 fo4 food and entrance fees. Parking is free.. We had a really good day out and here. Entry price is very reasonable I thought compared to come local competitor farms. The play, well wow! Massive! Some arguments over only having 3 balls in the basketball court area, and loads of tiny tots in there under the height limit not being supervised.. Great little sensory bit upstairs and role vets/supermarket/camping and a mini staging and such were a hit too. We brought food to feed the animals, but they were all being well fed by everyone else so didn't really want our food. Outdoor playareas rocked, shame it's still a bit cold, the construction looked cool but we spent the majority of the in the sandpit 😆 Good views for the swings and such, could of done with the outside shop being open for hot drinks 😅😆 Loved the dinosaurs too, very bright and my son wasn't sure an first but then didn't want to leave them 😊 Staff in cafe and shop at the end were lovely, brought a bloody light saber and it didn't break the bank 😂 All in all very good day, will be back in the summer I think. Oh only negative the could control, what is the green hill?! No matter what we did, you get stuck a 3rd of the way done, watching others having the same problem it wasn't just us. Very disappointing that part, as it looks fairly new and the tyres at the bottom for bumping over promise a fun ride 😅😂 Excellent in good weather. There is a outdoor area. Including zip wires, rope swings, toboggans, sand pits, a maze, basket swings and tree houses. Plenty for ten year olds - not just toddlers. for bringing picnics. Plenty of tables and grassy space. The is brilliant. When we visited (1st March) they had 27 lambs!!! Absolutely delightful. Also meerkats, bunnies, piglets, alpacas, ponies etc. Lots of fun for using the feeding chutes. Actually there is a large indoor too, some people come just for this. Note you can’t touch, stroke or pet smaller here any more. There is a reptile centre instead now with snakes and iguanas. We recently had a fantastic trip to Godstone Farm, visiting with my wife and our 4-year-old. Having pre-booked our tickets, entry was smooth and easy. Though it was a little cool, the day was thankfully dry, with sunny spells, making for a perfect environment to explore the grounds. The site is lovely and incredibly well-managed. We spent a day just taking it easy and navigating the whole site using the provided maps. The low crowd level was a massive bonus, as it meant we could move at our own pace without feeling rushed, which was ideal with a four-year-old in tow. The highlight for our little one was getting to feed the animals. We bought food bags and visited the various feeding locations around the site—watching our 4-year-old interact with the was a treat and made his day. On the facilities front, we were impressed. The toilets were nice and clean and clearly set up with every amenity you could need for babies and toddlers. We also got an unexpected extra treat! Our child was thrilled to meet and take pictures with Paw Patrol’s Chase and Skye, which was a lovely surprise. Godstone excels in its offerings. The barn was excellent, offering well-thought-out sections for all age ranges. Our little one stayed happily on the ground level and had a fantastic time. Similarly, the outdoor was also excellent, with lots of sections to keep them engaged. We found the main food place to be good too. There are loads of benches and seats to eat your own food or use their own restaurant. The selection of items was fairly small, it still offered enough variety to suit most people, including hot food, cold snacks, teas, coffees, and ice creams. My only minor niggle was that there was no Tartar sauce for my fish and chips...had to make do work a bit of vinegar. Our to Godstone was a very nice experience as a family, and we highly recommend it! Such a fab place for all children. Friendly and helpful staff, well cared for and lots of things to play. The large is brilliant, including the small sections for babies and toddlers. The sensory and role space is brilliant for a quieter place and imagination play. Lots put on over the school holidays. We have a 'Winter Warmer' pass and it's wonderful value for money. Wonderful place to spend a day! Well maintained .. good for a small party celebration for children .Loved the and the Dino theme park place and a really good area. Fantastic place, for couples, families, small babies up to big kids, has loads of animals, a dinosaur trail, 2 cafes, a big ol' play, ride on toys and interactive displays. Highly recommended for all. Nice place for a day out! We arrived just after opening and it was calm and not too busy, but by the we left around 1pm it had gotten quite crowded—so going early is best. Plenty to do for little ones, with a huge playground, play, and lots of to see. we went as a for Halloween and the both 4 had an amazing time. It wasn't very busy. the staff were really interactive with them and showed them some up close and personal. the food was reasonably priced and tasted great. Some of the highlights for both were the areas. The pig racing and feeding of various around the farm. We've been before and would go again as there always seems to be something new or something we missed the last time. We had a wonderful experience in Godstone on the day of🎆🎇 mini-firworks. Although it was raining 🌧 when we arrived but it didn't stop us to have so much fun. We saw some animals, our went to the softplay then we went out and saw the fire-act🔥 until the fire works 🎇🎆started and it was amazing. We will be back again next year if there's another one. 👍👍👏👏 Fantastic little farm! Perfect for kids! Everything is at their height so they can see the clearly. Feeding the is different depending on the animal which is fun! On the goats you have to put the food into a little tray then crank this machine up and the tray goes on a conveyer to the goat enclosure. The cafe had gorgeous food! Highly recommend the jacket potato! Nice big portions! The experience for the price was well worth it. £14.95 per person and were there from 10am to 5.30pm. The looked healthy and happy, you could feed the and had lots to do with summer activities, dinosaur discovery trail, a massive indoor and fantastic outdoor with swings and obstacles galore as well as a toboggan run which the couldn't get enough off. At the end of the day, the enjoyed the foam party and left worn out from all the excitement. It does get expensive if you eat in the restaurant (the food was good quality) and buy ice creams and something in the shop. However, for the memories we made, it was totally worth it. Would recommend and will again. Took my eldest here lots when she was younger and now took the one year old and the 7 year old. Ticket prices are not cheap but ok if you are there for a few hours then it's worth it. Nice they now do feeding for some as the children loved this. The are so accessible and easy to see which again is good for young children. new indoor too. had a brilliant day. Will be going back soon. day out on a school trip. I would say a must for a day out with family. It has almost everything that your children might need. You can see around while walking, playground for children, and many other things. You can walk along with pond with your loved one. I have been visiting Godstone since I was a child, and it has always been a fun and educational place to be. I have just recently visited with my 9 year old son and all I can say is WOW. The changes that the has gone through are amazing. Both my son and I had a wonderful there with so many fun activities to do and learning a lot of new things along the way. I will continue to and next with the whole as there is something for all. I've been to the on Sunday 27th, with my husband (ill on that day though), our 8yo boy and 4yo girl, and our friends (with aged 8, 13, 14), and we all loved it! The weather was beautiful and we had a chance to see all the enjoying the sunny day outside.. we saw the donkeys playing and running along the fields, mummy pig and her amazing piglets cuddling, the goats happily interacting with all the people giving them the food (available to buy by the entrance, at the gift shop).. and lots of other animals! We had wellies the whole time, but our friends kept their trainers and were fine too, I would check the weather and bring wellies just in case of muddy ground, or at least bring some spare shoes and keep them in your car! :) The loved both the indoor and outdoor areas, there are several benches where you can have your picnic, or you can buy food at the café (where the indoor is, so you can watch your playing, and relax with a cup of tea/coffee!), or have a nice lunch at the restaurant. There are water refill areas for your bottles too. We chose to go during the Halloween weekend mostly for the pumpkins carving, we had to wait 20/30 minutes before our turn but we didn't even notice because the free minigolf kept the (and dads) entertained the whole waiting time! The pumpkin carving experience was fun too, we all had a time! The day was definitely worth the £15.95 ticket (per person), and we'll go back again in the future. The only thing I'm not very happy about is the non-refundable/changeable ticket: my husband had high temperature and we'd be happy to push the back to the 29th or 30th, but it was not possible either change the day or get a refund.. so he came just for making the happy. The tickets sell pretty fast and it's a shame not to have a chance to change the day of the at least! I would truly give a 5 star review based on the farm, the and the lovely surroundings. Our 3 grandchildren ages 9, 4 & 10 months absolutely loved it and we all had a day. Sadly I was very disappointed with the cleanliness of the baby in the indoor barn. In particular the balls in the ball pond and the pond itself were filthy, I had to remove my 10m old grandson as he was putting them in his mouth. I took one of the balls to a member of staff and asked if I could speak to a Manager, he took the ball and said he would check, he came back saying that the Manager would look at it. The staff member told me they clean the ball ponds weekly but not the balls. Sadly I felt the need to warn other users of this failure at an otherwise lovely place. I had such a wonderful at Godstone Farm! The variety of was fantastic—I especially loved the goats, rats, sheep, pigs, llamas, alpacas, and the beautiful guinea pigs and bunny’s .It was to see how well-cared-for all the were, and getting up close to them was such a fun experience. The is well-maintained, and there’s plenty to do, whether it’s feeding the animals, exploring the areas, or just enjoying the peaceful countryside setting. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, making the even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a fantastic day out, and I’d highly recommend it to families, animal lovers, or anyone looking for a fun and relaxing day outdoors! Can’t wait to again. The itself is lovely, with plenty of space to explore and lots of activities to keep everyone entertained. The staff were friendly and helpful, and everything was clean and well-organized. It’s the perfect place for a fun, hands-on experience with animals. I’d highly recommend a to anyone who loves or just wants a day out in the countryside. I’ll definitely be coming back! The tobogganing was so much fun and a surprise! The outdoor climbing frames were perfect for burning off energy, and the giant indoor was absolutely brilliant—great for (and adults!) to run, climb, and slide around. The perfect attraction for rain or shine, we've been twice in the last year and on both days it was on and off rain. As long as you have wellies and a rain jacket the weather is not an issue. Plenty of to see, indoor petting barn, 2 areas to get food and hot and cold drinks too. Tsoft barn is one of the best we've been too and the whole top floor is a role and sensory area. There are also outdoor areas for bringing your own picnics to enjoy, plenty of covered areas too in case of bad weather. We leave the until last after the walk around the farm, so we can warm up and dry off before heading home. Loved it place for to run wild 😄 Website change monitoring Monitor any webpage for changes – get instant email alerts when prices drop, new jobs are posted, products come back in stock, or competitors update their sites.
