Coffee great, as usual. No waiting time at all to pay. Felt so sorry for the 3 people working behind the counter here who were so under-staffed. The queue was massive. They did a superb job and dealt with the impatient customers really well. The management needs to rethink their rotas. Took for ever for a small latte , loads of staff just not sure why it took so long , loads of people served after me got their drinks before me . Wonderful experience at Starbucks Abington. The staff were welcoming, warm and friendly. The coffee was on point! We would suggest you try Rebecca's speciality, No 1 barista 💯💯💯 Really lovely place and the baristas did amazing going 100 miles an hour - especially the lad on the till (didn’t get his name). Coffee was spot on and the food was good. Could do with better staffing for when it gets really busy. 10 min queue to wait to be served, then to be told 2 double espressos would take a further 10 mins. Starbucks, you make loads of money but can't afford to make a quick coffee quickly!! This is not the fault of the 2 people working as they did the best possible but they need more staff as its not fair on just 2!! Easily the rudest Starbucks I ever visited. They charged my card twice for the same drink, and refused to refund even when I showed the charges in my banking app. Both staff ended up shouting at me that it was my problem not theirs, then turning their backs on me. Dishonest, rude, and unhelpful. 3 out of 3. No more Starbucks for me, here or anywhere else. Have complained to Starbucks customer relations. Absolutely filthy at 7am. Revolting, the management should be fired!
