Tom, Joel were fantastic trainer and support. We hadn't done Paddleboarding before, but with their support.. ducks to water! They supported the whole group. Nothing was too much trouble. Equipment was spot on and organisation, down to a tea.. We had a afternoon and my daughter now wants to do more Paddleboarding. Very experienced, well organised with lovely, knowledgeable and easy going instructors. Thank you both so much and thr drive back. Easy to book, value, quality gear and really positive qualified staff. We'll definitely be using this company again and would happily recommend them to anybody in the Pembrokeshire area. Had a 2hr last week. One of the best lessons I've had - really fun and constructive feedback and I felt I progressed much quicker as a result. Wasn't sure if we'd get out based on the weather but the school communicated really well recommending which beach would be best based on the conditions for the day. I’m not a beginner, but I don’t get to go often — and they tailored the perfectly to what I wanted to learn and what the instructors identified that I needed to work on. It was brilliant fun, the instructors are super friendly and knowledgeable, and I’ve already booked a weekend retreat with Outer Reef for October! experience start to finish with Outer Reef school. We booked a beginners session for an 18, 15 and 14 year-old. They all really enjoyed it, so much so they wanted to book another lesson, unfortunately we didn't have enough time on our holiday to do it. Everyone was really friendly and helpful. It was a mixed group of ages, which meant our group felt at ease being beginners. Outer Reef provided all the kit they needed. Freshwater West was really beautiful. We would definitely do it again. I booked my very first while on holiday in Saundersfoot, due to the forecast we ended up at Manorbier beach. Communication was excellent concerning the location of my lesson. Value for money was also excellent. Simon was my instructor, lovely guy, very patient and his instruction was great. Couldn't quite get the hang of standing up and was definitely harder than it looks! It's given me the bug and I can't wait to give it another go. Thank you Simon and the team! 😊 We thoroughly enjoyed the camp over the summer holidays. My 8yr old had a time in the water. The sessions were made very fun and the instructors were fab. Big shout out to Bator who was with them every week, the kids loved him and he made the sessions very fun. He was also when dealing with the jellyfish and making sure that the children didn't get freaked out and get scared of the water. A massive thank you for making the summer very fun. Our third year having lessons at Outer Reef and all I can say is just how brilliant they are. We live nowhere near the sea so take any opportunity we can to get down to Pembroke as the down there is lovely and accessible. My youngest was the focus in terms of surfing this year and is now at intermediate level and his lessons this summer have really accelerated his progress. The instructors really listen to your needs and despite having mixed abilities in the group they give really good advice and challenges. Cannot recommend them enough to be honest, its always been a huge pleasure learning to with Outer Reef.
