We had a chat with the Staff and Some Friends that take their Children for Swimming 🏊🏊🏊 Lessons. Then we sat down in Amelia's Restaurant for Something to eat 🍝🧆☕. I like the Cofton Burger 🍔🍔. And My Wife likes the Cagun Chicken Salad 🥗🥗. That and a couple of drinks Mmmm. The is a lot better now the wall inside the has been taken out.. A lot more space for swimming. 🐠🐟🐬🧗🏊🏊🏊 Always clean, warm and nice staff. We had a 4 day holiday in the Bluewater apartment, the off site Eastern house, it was fantastic a great break, passes were included so all 6 of us swam every day, there is a sauna too at the complex. Really nice and warm temperature, same depth over whole so great for younger ones. Amazing place to visit with family and kids. Worth price. Good location, beautiful cafe and staff is cooperative and professional. Went to cofton Easter bank holiday weekend went swimming and ended up with a massive infection where I couldn't breathe then turned into gastroenteritis. Nice looking place but that's turned me off Very overpriced for the amenities offered and cost £21 for 3 adults to take a toddler for one single hour. Ridiculous, very rude and unprofessional blonde haired swimming attend was on phone whilst working supposedly being a life guard, she was clearly far to unfit to act as any lifeguard. It’s a lovely and a nice place to go with small children where you can have a coffee or bite to eat after. It’s a shame that as a family we are excluded from this due to their very stringent adherence to the adult to child ratios they have decided to implement. We are a family of 5 - 2 adults, a 5 year old and 3 year old twins and aren’t able to go by ourselves. I appreciate the safety element but we obviously wouldn’t take our kids by ourselves if we thought this was unsafe and wish we could instead sign a waiver to say we understand and accept any liabilities. It’s hard enough having twins so to be excluded in this way just seems unfair. Went with my family to the inside with my wife and two children. Sadly we were harassed from the moment we entered the pool. I was made to be humiliated by a male lifeguard singling me out for holding my daughter's inflatable thinking I was using it. Then a young lifeguard pulled me up as my daughter was sat in the ring and not inside it. I had to explain my daughter couldn't swim. I was amazed that we were singled out while a family were throwing a large size ball around and a couple of boys were playing wrestling in the and a young couple were kissing in the pool. Good facilities but let down by too many regulations and a lack of common sense from staff. Won't return. Lovely staff. Clean. Nice bar and food area Very clean and cousy. Staff friendly and helpful.
