Fabulous day out with the grandchildren. Everyone on the and in tge shops. Parking was easy and not so big that the 2 older grandchildren could wander around on their own safely with me knowing where they were. Lots of selection of for different ages and the playgrounds too Crealy is an absolute gem for families with young children. Our group, with little ones aged 3 to 8, had an amazing time. The mix of rides, playground, attractions, and shows kept the entertained. The indoor play areas are perfect for a bit of a break, and the level of were just right for our young crew. The at Crealy are fantastic; they're super and enthusiastic and really know how to make feel special. Everything is clean and tidy, too. We all left with huge smiles on our faces and can't wait to go back! We went to the theme with our 2 year old grand daughter and we had a time, the weather was good and the outside attractions were all open and she loved every ride she went on and we enjoyed being able to participate with her. There is loads of indoor play areas, and indoors also should it be wet. The price for entry winter season was very good value for money and if you book on their website you get a discount and can see what the price is. The carpark was free and on gravel so you don't need to worry about getting stuck in mud. Saw many facilities for disabled people and easy access. The has a wide range of activities and offering a lovely day out with our granddaughter. Helpful and the Halloween Trick or Treat Trail added to the fun. There are plenty of covered areas if the weather takes a wet turn and a number of cafe/restaurants for a break. Food is on the expensive side but there's a reasonable selection and you can always take a picnic. I'm sure we'll be back with the grandchildren as there's plenty to do in a lovely safe and fun environment, that's easy to get to from the M5. Had a really fun day out. This is a lovely theme with lots to do, especially if you have primary school aged with you. A mix of rides, they love the shows and the indoor play areas are good too. We particularly liked the water slide (you stay dry) and the log flume (you don't!). It was also fun visiting the animals, especially the crocodile. Visited the theme with my 6 and 2 year old mid-week in the summer holidays. It was extremely busy but all the we happy to help and friendly. Lots of for little people, parks, and even a woodland trail. The picnic boxes to were value for £5 each. Shout out to Zak who served us donuts - super engaging, service with a smile! An amazing theme at excellent value. There are lots of things to do that keep you busy all day, making it true value for money; but I like that it isn't as big as other theme parks. As a fan of Sooty, we loved going in Sootyland and seeing the Sooty magic show. The food at Sooty Diner was delicious and it was that the could run around safely in the soft play whilst adults sit in comfort. All the were and kind, thank you for all your hard work. I would highly recommend a visit to this beautiful little gem for a fun day out for the whole family. Visited Crealy in July 2025. Had a day out with our boys 4 and 2. Lots for them to do. It rained on and off so the soft play and indoor were great. Very spacious and nicely set out. Even a quiet garden space with fun bridges. Staff and helpful. Food options available but we bought a packed lunch. Could have had some healthier options, instead of burgers etc. Would definitely return. We had the best for the Christmas days as Crealy from the decorated dressed up to the lit up rides. The Santa was again from the elves outside to making reindeer food then meeting the big man himself. Our grandson loved. Once dark we did the light fest which was so lovely to see and then stood and watched the Santa goodbye on his sleigh with Mrs Claus . Such a good day / evening out . Family day with two (11 and 9). Absolutely fantastic. We were outside of the UK school holidays which really helped. There were several school trips vising so still masses of children. But when the school buses left at about 14:00, it felt like we had the place to ourselves. When there are no queues for the rides, the are quite happy to let you stay on and ride as often as you like. A good selection of for our age and a much better option than the Alton Towers / Thorpe type places. All the were friendly, polite and upbeat. Really contributed to a day. Only gripe are the prices in the snack bars but that's par for the course for places like this I guess. Absolutely love Crealy. 3 years running visiting with my grandchildren. My grandson is autistic and the system they have for SEN is excellent. We always take our own food & drink as can be pricey otherwise. Only gripe I had was I paid £15 in order to download the photos on the rides. It wasn't clear where to get the Dino ride photo and it was late in the day. We went back the next day but even with the ticket number they couldn't retrieve it, as they had deleted the photos. Just be mindful if you pay £15 for the days photos make sure you get them all on the same day. Other than that enjoy a day! Fantastic day out. The perfect attraction for young children. We were staying in Weymouth and drove the 1.5 hours to the site. Completely worth it. value and plenty to keep the going. The really stood out. We’ve been to plenty of theme parks where uninterested people usher families on and off without so much as a smile. Literally every member of at Crealy was genuinely happy to welcome visitors with a huge smile and an “enjoy your day!”. Incredible customer service values. Will definitely return. Arrived yesterday with my daughter and her two friends. We queued up on the log flume for around 45mins to then be rejected as they all needed an adult to ride on with them. Only three could ride this ride meaning I had to leave one child out. We have always been to crealy with no problem to fit four on the ride. The weather was just a little tad cold. I raised this issue with a member of the team and told me nothing could be done about this. As of Halloween I paid high prices to enter the and buy food which I feel this was not acceptable. The food needs improving for the amount of money you spend too. Apart from this we had a day, but I think the money we spend was not worth the on this occasion. Always a fun day out, daughter loves the shoes whether they are holiday themed or sooty’s shows. Father Christmas was good (though the gift options wasn’t great). Good food choices but seating lacking in food areas and as l go alone a lot with DD it’s hard to reserve a seat whilst waiting for food and making sure my 6 year old hasn’t disappeared due to multi adult families stalking the table in the food areas Absolutely brilliant stay . Cabin gorgeous and hot tub an amazing added bonus. Theme was thoroughly enjoyed by all three and deserve a special mention, as every member we met were so and always engaged with the kids. My granddaughter is obsessed with sweep the dog! Thanks for a weekend, and hope to be back soon .keep doing what you’re doing! Our 2nd stay at Crealy meadows in the past few months, a brilliant place for families, has everything you could need for a family weekend break. Lodges are excellent, location and within walking distance of Crealy adventure park. Clubhouse serving food and drink, with evening entertainment. Crealy adventure is a family attraction, lots of to suit a range of ages. Will return again later in the year no doubt. I took my 4 year old daughter to Crealys theme this weekend along with my partner and her brothers, we all had an amazing day! The ticket prices for us to enter were value for money. The is very clean, the are all within a distance to each other and all of the ride operators and other around the were incredibly and enthusiastic which added to an incredible experience. My daughter had the best day! We will definitely be back next we are in the area! It's a place for a family day out for all ages! We visited at 3pm on a Sunday for the Xmas light show. We had a wonderful time! Our were so surprised. There were no queues and the Xmas light trail was lovely. We had a hot chocolate and the were happy and exhausted as we travelled home. I appreciated the Black Friday discount but even without that I think that Crealy is priced reasonably for a day out for the family. I wish I hadn’t spent £10 on hook a duck, so my only request would be the make the soft toys you win, better value for money/better quality. 15mins drive from Devon cliffs haven with free car park. You can make it a full day out, ideal for toddlers and young children. My son who is 9 years old went on only three which were suitable for him and rest of the day playing in the outdoor areas. The place states they are a “cashless site” but in one area there are junior go karts which require £1 and £2 to use in the water cannons. They offer an area to switch them into tokens but we went during the winter (end of March) so it was closed. There is an outdoor go karting there which they charge £5 for. You need to wear trainers for the ride. Unfortunately my son couldn’t go on due to wearing socks and sandals and no trainers to wear. Nothing mentions these requirements before going or the extra charges which is in the theme but not part of the theme cost. It’s a good place to visit for a day out whilst in Devon for little ones. They say you have to be over 92cm but the stick they use at the entrance to Measure is actually 90cm and most allow 90cm to ride with an adult. *I can’t leave a review on rooms as we didn’t stay we only came for the day. Amazing day out. All the were helpful and kind. The had such fun. The question were short, there was lots to do even with some closed (seasonal) . There were lots of animals to see and they were all really looked after and healthy, the indoor play was very clean and well looked after. We can’t wait to come again. Very good prices as well, £56 for a family of four (all about 1.5m and off season) We had a festive day out at crealy as a family of five. There were no queues for the and for the two that were busier, and elves kept the amused!! The Aladdin show was family fun and suited all of my age 4,10 and 13. They sold refreshments in the big tent, so we could enjoy something whilst watching the show. The Santa was good. The Santa himself was beautiful and spoke wonderfully to my children. My enjoyed the toy shop and couldn’t decide what to choose, such a selection of toys. The light walk was brilliant around the park, we did this as soon as it got dark and got some photos. Overall, we had a day out and there was something for everyone. We preferred visiting in the Winter than the Summer as less busy!!! First here and we absolutely loved it! We stayed on site in our touring caravan for a long weekend and had the best – especially our little boy who is nearly 3. It was his first with and he had such a blast! He was able to go on quite a few, and it was amazing seeing how much he enjoyed every minute. The were all so friendly, both on the campsite and in the theme park, which really made a difference. Everything was spotless – really clean and well-kept throughout. We’re already planning to come back next year, and can’t wait to see what else our little one will be able to enjoy as he grows! Regarding the aerial photography, I am a licensed professional drone pilot and had previously secured permission from Exeter Airport's air traffic control. I am writing to express my significant disappointment with the Santa my daughter and I had on Sunday 7th December. We were loyal members and were looking forward to a magical and festive occasion, but were left feeling incredibly let down. The overwhelming sense from our visit was that the event prioritized revenue over a genuine, child-focused experience, which is why we have decided not to renew our membership today. While I want to acknowledge that the members within the were lovely and did their best, the overall event was poor and lacked any magic for the children. Specifically, our disappointment stemmed from several issues: Overcrowding: The was extremely overcrowded, with too many people packed into the space. This made it difficult to move around and completely eliminated any sense of wonder or intimacy that is so important for a Santa visit. Disengaged Santa: The most disheartening part was the interaction with Santa himself. He did not engage with the children. This was a crushing blow for our family, as the encounter with Santa is the core of the experience. Poor Activities: The supporting activities were of a poor standard and did not justify the high price of the tickets. They felt cheap and added to the overall sense that this was a money-making exercise rather than a festive, child-focused occasion. We have enjoyed many festive family days out in the past, but this visit fell far short of our expectations and certainly does not reflect a quality offering. It is truly a shame that what should have been a magical memory turned into a disappointing one. We had a at Crealy over the summer holidays. All the were helpful and friendly. They were full of enthusiasm at the entrance especially Georgia in the ticket office, she was so warm and welcoming to the kids, nothing was too much trouble for her, she seemed genuinely happy to assist us even though the day that we went was a very busy day she didn’t let that phase her, she didn’t try and rush us through and didn’t come across stressed. All the were on this particular day. We saw Georgia again on the way out and she even had to stop us to make sure we had had a day which I thought was very sweet. The theme has to suit everyone, which is when you have of different ages. We had a fab time. Was a awful day. no members to monitor all the at the same time. one guy changed onto 4 throughout the day whilst he had shut one to open another. Gone super down hill to when I had last visited when I was younger, to now taking my there, was absolutely devastated. Do not eat the pizzas. Cheese hadn't even melted and smelt horrendous, didn't have a choice when it was the only food option available! First visit personally for maybe 5 years. The standard of the was clean and tidy. There were not many visitors overall i thought ,but what did let the down was being rota'd around and then opening or re- opening times not being adhered to by the staff. One of our party was a young adult with learning difficulties, and those delays caused undue stress to her on 2 occasions. Overall we had a nice day out - but could do with better organisation if the are being shared among the staff.
