We absolutely loved starting our morning off here. A dip in the sea and then a hot with some essential oils. There are hats to keep you cool too and water provided. My husband and I tried the just a few days ago and we loved it! Clear instructions about the steps, clean facilities/amenities, and good storage facilities and complementary glasses of water to keep you hydrated. The tub of water to cool you down was so refreshing. While it's located right on the beach, you will still get the privacy you need. The itself is excellent and hot. It was such a wonderful experience. Lots of thanks to Lindsey (hope I spelled your name right 😊) who was on hand to help us and make sure everything is going smoothly. Also thanks to Lou who facilitated our bookings. We highly recommend it! Fantastic! Beautiful location and so nice to be able to swim in the sea from the Lovely sauna, perfect size, right on the beach and plunging in the sea is brilliant. Excellent Great experience, fantastic location, lovely staff. We had a private booking. Me and my wife took turns while our child played on the beach next to the sauna. The had bucket and spades we could borrow. Sauna is cosy and clean. Very hot in a good way. Cold plunges or dip in the sea for cooling off. We included essential oils in our booking which added to the relaxing experience. We felt so refreshed afterwards. 100% recommend What a wonderful addition to a visit to Lyme Regis! A knowledgeable friendly welcome, well set up with storage to keep your belongings safe & dry, hats provided, and options for a cold freshwater plunge or super close to the sea if you’d rather head into the waves. We will definitely be back! I and four friends had a great time at the Shoreline yesterday. We were made very welcome and well briefed before we entered the sauna. Felt very relaxed alternating between and sea (and it was such a beautiful day). We will definitely be back. Great experience! A clean, friendly, well thought out setup, by the sea! Had the opportunity to attend a private session as a group of six ladies. Then returned to take my husband for his birthday. Lou the owner is welcoming, advisory and elevates the whole experience. Has such a good energy vibe that makes you want to keep returning. Take your swimmers and a towel, wear the fuzzy felt hat and trust the hot cold process. Your body will feel amazing. A hidden gem…….. one we can all benefit from!! The was so lovely and perfect for our group to relax and enjoy some time by the sea. Louise was so friendly and knowledgeable and made the really fun. The is so close to the sea it was amazing to use it then run down to the water. Came here on a Sunday with my partner and friends, both people running the were lovely and extremely welcoming! Kate was really kind and helpful with questions we had. The ice bath was great and being able to have a dip in the sea between sessions was fantastic! Also as a queer person,sometimes saunas and pools are a bit uncomfortable,I felt comfortable and relaxed the whole time and being able to book a private slot for a reasonable price is great too! We will definitely be returning if we are back in the area :) Had an amazing evening at the Full Moon booking. the whole was 10/10 . the attention to detail, knowledge and friendliness was second too none.
