I have come back after 10 years and we have enjoyed our stay at Manor Farm holiday centre. Very quiet and family friendly Awful experience. The weird family who own it sit and watch the children in the pool and the stop them basically having any fun. I’ve seen the old lady referred to as an old battle ax…that’s about right. She was vile to my child. The whole vibe of this place is weird and uncomfortable. I would never go back to this place. The rooms were also filthy and shabby. Mens toilets are decades old, if cleaned at all it is minimal. Only one tiny corner washbasin. The urinals stink continually, full of flies. A horrible experience, especially for £34 a night for a camping pitch. We’ve stayed here a few times, a lovely quiet well kept site. Family run with a lot of people pitched for the season who are also friendly. A great place to stay for exploring the area, and they also accommodate for large groups of people. What more could you want. There’s a great on site pool as well as large grass areas and a football pitch nearby for kids. Just arrived today, thank goodness it’s lovely weather! Not at all what we were expecting! The clubhouse is long gone, not as advertised! the toilets and showers need a serious update, you have to pay extra for Wi-Fi and it’s very expensive for what you get! We’re in our own touring caravan so can be self sufficient thank goodness! 3 days on, hot weather, the gents toilets stink from walking past on the path and it’s really not very busy at all! We won’t be back!
