Lovely little theatre that has a full line-up of some acts. We went to see Miles Hunt (of the Wonderstuff) it's a nice intimate venue. Brilliant little theatre & I thoroughly enjoyed my visit. It was a 2 hour drive for me but so well worth it. Came here to see The Crazy World of Arthur Brown, who as usual was absolutely stunning. Got to meet him too. Lyme Regis in general is a lovely little place, so do check out the Marine Theatre, run by volunteers & like a lot of the nice old theatres, needs everyone's support. place 👌👍 Fantastic venue right by the sea. Friendly and helpful staff Saw a Bowie tribute band the show was and we had a time. Photos and vid taken at the show. We saw Gaslight at the Marine Theatre and love both the production and the theatre! Smallish with every seat a good one. A little bar with exceptional service. Everyone - staff, audience, and actors were terrific. During bows the audience was invited to have a drink with the cast, and fantastic ice cream was available at intermission! If you have the opportunity to see a show at the Marine Theater, please do! Absolutely wonderful! Saw Strictly murder this evening and it was fantastic. Lovely theatre, good bar and ice cream at reasonable prices and a experience. Play was excellent and cast brilliant. Definitely going again A very small but perfectly formed venue. Sound was perfect for the music being peformed, staff were helpful and friendly, two small bars (one downstairs and a larger yet still cosy bar upstairs which leads out to a wonderful veranda with a view of the seafront). It had a truly cosy, inviting feel. A real gem of a place. I have seen a special gig at this venue! FULU band! The theatre was amazing 🤩 spot! Wonderful little theater. We were in Lyme Regis and walked by so picked up some tickets (from the bookstore) for the next nights show, Strictly Murder. The performance was and it was an enjoyable way to to spent the evening.
