They even said it was very reasonable to expect me to take a 20 minutes detour at 9:30pm to my destination that is 0.5 miles away. How on earth was I supposed to know about this "reasonable" detour without any signs? Completely unacceptable, poor planning, no guidance, and zero consideration for visitors. I didn't let my tax go through this month as it had gone from £150 to over £200, it is only suppose to go up 5%, so literally unlawful and now I have a letter saying it's £312 a month... Disgraceful 4 months to get an email reply from the housing department when you are trying to sell your home and require said email to do so is utterly disguising. Then another 3 months (and counting, as I still have had no reply despite numerous attempts to contact by both email and phone) regarding a tax amendment is pathetic.
