It’s slightly above the average soft in my opinion. Having plenty of space between the tables and a selection of quality food would have got treasure island 4 stars from me. However; I have dropped a star due to the bouncy castle! I don’t think there should ever be one in an unsupervised soft center. They are “high risk” even when supervised, but to have one that is used in “free for all” mode is asking for trouble. There is ample parking although it will be full at busy periods leaving customers no choice but to street park! Treasure Island Soft is fantastic! My child had an absolute blast exploring the pirate-themed area, with lots of space to climb, slide, and play. Everything was clean, safe, and well-designed, which made it easy for me to relax while my child enjoyed themselves. There’s also a nearby café for snacks and drinks, which was really convenient. Overall, it’s a perfect spot for kids to have fun and burn off energy! Amazing food. Great Soft play. I bring my 5 year old son here for his tea and to play. For £20 he gets a meal with a drink and a pudding. I get a meal with change left over. 100% recommended. This was the second time we visited. There was a lot of kids for our daughter to with, the facility is pretty clean, could definitely do with a deep clean/dusting, but overall pretty good. The food is reasonably priced and yummy with decent portion sizes. The is nice, swift and well mannered. The latte was definitely better on our first visit, but they seemed a bit stressed with how busy it was today. Still, overall a experience. Will visit again. Unhelpfull who are very rude and have some kind of Napoleon complex. Also looks like it has never been cleaned since it opened either. Had our sons 7th birthday here tonight. I can say his friends, family and himself loved it. Lovely atmosphere and the girls on shift were amazing couldn't be anymore helpful and friendly which makes all the difference. Thank you 😊 This soft is well set out overall and the kids always enjoy their time there. The food has been in the past but on the last occasion, approx 3 weeks ago it was poor, a dry roll with a sausage.. unappealing, poor quality chips and peas all dried up and not very warm, small portions for the cost.... disappointed as previously had been good. Kiddies all had a wonderful time, food delicious fresh and hot. so friendly. Great time had all Around. Sadly our first experience of treasure island was awful. I took my 2 year old grandson who is on a plant-based diet however there were no real vegan options available for him to eat. The would not allow him to eat any food we brought for him due to their policy about bringing food inside. I understand that no outside food can be eaten inside but when there are very limited vegan options available this would have left him being unable to eat if we had not gone outside and sat on the floor to eat. We felt judged and talked about by the staff. A very uncomfortable visit. In total I spent £30 - our lunch was plopped on the table with no mention from your bad mannered kitchen staff, our drinks were sitting on the counter but again no ‘nod’ from the to say it was there. The is brilliant but we won’t be back. We will go somewhere friendly, comfortable and welcoming. 16/01/2025 AVOID AVOID AVOID Myself and partner took our 2 year old daughter to this ‘Treasure Island Morpeth’ and I am so disgusted that the place is even aloud to be open! Firstly I’d like to put out the only part we experienced…. the young blonde member of was very polite couldn’t fault her at all and the meal deal prices seemed reasonable (although I didn’t purchase one). Now for everything else….. the equipment was beyond its years of being functional, most had duck tape holding it together while others had rope tied around and despite these terrible DIY ‘repairs’ they were unusable! There was missing flooring patches all over and the flooring that was still intact that was inside the was filthy wouldn’t even breed rats here! There was rope hanging in the most dangerous places like above the entrance of the slide and also rope on the walk way up to the top platform of the that was a major tripping hazard! There was holes all over the protective mesh throughout the whole area! The slide in the ‘under 4s’ was fixed onto the actual platform by TWO SCREWS!!! The ball pit at the bottom of the slide has padded flooring that doesn’t fit the entirety of the space so there is solid concrete exposed underneath the balls! The kiddy funny mirrors in the itself were smashed and very sharp! The building itself has wires exposed all over missing ceiling panels, wiring issues where the lights are flickering. The bathroom had me shocked…… there was a torn apart baby changing table and guess what was above it…… a smashed light panel ready to drop!!! I really have no idea how this place hasn’t been shut down! Ill try to attached my images that I took that back up everything I’ve stated! Avoid avoid avoid!
