Went there for a Sunday Dinner. food and service. Look forward to my next visit 👍 Very food and by Stephen. The steak and ale pie was one of the nicest I’ve ever had. My main, dessert and two drinks came to £22. Would go again. Our favourite local pub. I had a steak with a couple of lovely fried eggs (easy keto). The baked Camembert was also superb. Im not going to mention how good the pub quiz is for fear of is jeopardising our crown. Ditto for the new year's eve buffet. 😜 This is a friendly pub with a mix of locals and customers for food. The when we visited (Friday evening) was really friendly and down to earth. It’s a casual eating place with food beautifully cooked and delicious. Menus on the photos attached. I had an amazing lunch with my Mum and her friends. The food was excellent and the waitress was so friendly and exceptionally attentive. I highly recommend the Boars Head 👍 Lovely little gem in Pontyclun. Food was delicious and staff were welcoming. Beautiful building and interior with stunning original features and period decoration. Lovely atmosphere but could be a bit noisy. Good good and efficient, friendly service. Look forward to going back. Parking was a bit of a pain. I recommend The Boars Head for its hearty tasty food by Wayne, staff inc the beautiful Emma, Jan, Will and Steve, home from home pub. It has an excellent outdoor area to enjoy a glass of wine and the sun. Dogs are allowed inside the pub and out, which is excellent for us and our two fur babies. I have been frequenting the Boars for over 20 years and will continue to for 20 more 🥰 Big thanks to you all. Really food and plenty of it, really good value for money. was excellant.Would definitely come here again for afternoon tea. Five of us had a lovely meal here tonight!
